エッフェル塔2階アクセスツアー（リフトによる山頂オプション付き）

Kind of a weird experience. We got there and despite numerous notifications from Viator, the organizer didn’t have our name on his list. At the last minute he gave us two tickets and we still got to go up. No clue what the guides name was, he didn’t introduce himself, seemed like he had no clue what was going on and barely did a tour, which honestly is fine. But you can tell that this trip is through an outfit that just buys up the Eiffel tower tickets and up charges you for them. I’m happy I got to go up but don’t expect anything more than an uncharged Eiffel Tower ticket.

Was told my 5:00pm tour would be honored but it was not. Causing me to cancel an evening reservation to avoid losing my money on this tour and we had to go at 8:00 pm. It was dark and you could only see city lights from the tower. However the tour guide was still pointing out things one clearly could not see from the tower.

The guide did not show up!!! Very poor!!! Our request for a refund was denied. What a rip off!!! Save your money. Book with someone else

This is not a ticket to the Eiffel Tower. It is a voucher. You have to meet a guide off property. We never saw our guide. Had to purchase tickets directly from the office. Would not allow for refund or credit.

Luna was an amazing guide, tour started on time and beat to do it in the morning as there tends to be less people. Must see in Paris!

I think the main benefit of doing this with a tour group is being guided through the process of getting through the security and the two step process of getting to the summit. Our guide Matt did a great job with this. He also gave us a nice overview of Paris at the second level before we proceeded to the summit. My only suggestion would be to do something to make the meet point a little more obvious. It was right next to a busy restaurant and it took us a bit to figure out where the group was.

Was good. The meet up point was a bit out of the way but ok. Guide was helpful with all our questions.

Dont be late or you will get screwed out of your money and get nothing , just get your tickets at the tower

The Eiffel Tower was one of my favourite experiences in Paris! Seeing it in real life was even more beautiful than I expected. The view from the top was amazing, especially seeing the whole city from above. Definitely something everyone should experience at least once! 🗼🤍

Luna was everything a tour guide should be. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. The only thing I would say could be improved was it should be very clear that this tour does NOT include going to the top of the tower. I thought it was included.
