We met up for the tour,at the meeting point. Upon entering security the tour guide said"the tour has been cancelled due to hot weather,and those who payed for the summit were not allowed to enter. At this point we were told we would get a refund however no documentation of cancellation was given or no option was given for reebooking.
We learned a lot from this tour. We learned about the origins of the Eiffel Tower. We had an interactive experience with an experienced tour guide, Lilian. The crowd was decently sized. We felt the cold breeze with the hot air. This tour was 2 hours which got us out moneys worth. This was best for people who want great experiences such as the Eiffel Tower or other landmarks. Thank you.
Lillian was amazing!! she was a very fun and engaging guide. She is clearly very knowledgable about all of the famous landmarks around Paris, including the Eiffel Tower as well. Her tour was very engaging and she was extremely friendly with all the people on tour. I would definitely recommend booking with Lillian!
