The summit was open (we confirmed with Eiffel Tower staff). However, our tour didn’t give us access to the top even though we paid for summit as part of our tour. Our guide Andre, claims that we will be refunded but I am not sure when that will happen. Dissappointed.
Andre was a wonderful tour guide! Very knowledgable, fun and he was great with the kids on the tour.
