Easy place to meet up.. guide took us through entrance and accompanied us to 2nd floor. Gave us necessary tickets. We went to summit on our own with the ticket he gave us. Some overview of Eiffel Tower and history. But not extensive. .. overall a good experience and took worry out of trying to figure out how to navigate e writhing.
We found it very helpful to have a guide at the Eiffel Tower. Clement was friendly, humorous helpful and patient.
The guide was great I would highly recommend this tour. We had a hard time finding the meeting point.
Guild was very help, thou had to stay need him otherwise you couldn't hear him. Very friendly and easy to find the meeting point.
Outstanding tour guide (Mrs. Flavia Suarez) She made all the difference. Knowledgeable, kind and patient with all.
Very difficult to find where to meet the guide. We unfortunately went to the wrong entrance and there is fencing to prevent access. We suggest an email the day before be sent to show where the meeting spot is and how to get there. We were able to meet guide and go on tour.
Sadly, I hate to have to leave a negative review. Michelle was a lovely friendly lady and that’s genuinely true. As far as being a guide, I have came away from our trip not knowing anything about the Eiffle tower! I don’t know when it was build, I don’t know who and why they built it, we had to ask her what buildings were. We literally got to the second floor and she said ok so this is where you go up to the summit. Other than explaining were to look for the Louvre When up the top of the summit. She didn’t really give anything else. She didn’t walk us round and point things out and explain them this was only done if we asked. For £135 for two Of us I feel out of pocket. We could have gone on our own and asked a member of the public what things were. Sorry Michelle lovely lady but not informative.
Guides so very knowledgeable. And very friendly. Enjoyed them both so much. Amazed at the history of the Opera house.
I think the guide was friendly and knows a lot of the places and artifacts. He relates well to the group. However, I think he spewed a lot of information quickly such that he lost us on some occasions. Also, we focused on too few artifacts because of the amount of extraneous information given per stop. I would have wanted a bit less depth and more width. But I think he’s completely competent- more refinement on the amount and content provided.
In my opinion it is not worth the money. If I had to do again would just get regular tickets. No fault of guide. She was good
