Eiffel Tower sunset
Magical! Very easy meet up and escort to the 1st and 2nd floors of the Tower. Highly recommend the summit where we sipped champagne watching the sunset. Don’t miss the boat experience. We saw the Eiffel Tower, blinking lights two times that evening from the water.

Complaint and refund request
We were, as requested, at 5:55 PM, at the meeting point. At 6:00 PM a violent thunderstorm occurred. The guide left running with some of the tourists in the direction of the Eiffel Tower under torrential rain. We were not able to follow him and access the Eiffel Tower. Consequently, the tour of the Tower and the cruise on the Seine scheduled afterwards were not possible. I contacted the service provider Extime Travel the same day, who asked me to contact you. I am requesting a full refund of my payment.
