We have spoken to Sven and just like our other captains, we always check with guests if they like the food and we did not hear any complaints about it during the tour. Otherwise we always try to fix it right at the spot and let the restaurant prepare a different dish. Unfortunately, we didnt get the chance during the tour to do so. We have reached out to you separately to offer you a compensation and you are more then welcome to get in touch with us regarding this matter. Regarding the pricing, please keep in mind you have booked via a third party platform, which leads to higher prices and you have booked an all inclusive offer which includes red wine, white wines, prosecco beers and sodas. We are sorry to hear it didnt fulfill your expectations but we hope you get the quality you deserve on your next Amsterdam trip.
