Food was good, staff excellent, saw the city both in the light and dark.

Great experience for Amsterdam first timers. The captain, crew, and chef provided a great experience. Glad we booked the dinner cruise.

My activity was canceled and I wasn’t informed ahead of time of time. I showed up and was informed it was canceled.

Please be aware that tables are shared so not every party gets a window seat. We did but the couple sharing the table with us were outraged that they didn't and proceeded to have a fit the entire dinner. It made for a pretty uncomfortable experience to say the least. The boat glides slowly through the canals giving one a beautiful evening view of Amsterdam. The dinner was just okay. For "unlimited beer and wine" the only choices we were given were uninspiring red, white or blush wines- nothing else. Using the one chemical toilet on board was difficult as you couldn't leave your table without making everyone on your side get up. With our VERY angry table mates this wasn't easy and added to the overall less than ideal experience. Dinner was just okay. Most of it was luke warm. For the price point that we paid I don't feel it was worth it. Management should have tried to do SOMETHING rather than allow what happened to us happen.

Had a nice tour. Our guide, Marco, was very kind, knowledgeable, and funny! Excellent experience. Would recommend! Learned a lot about Amsterdam.

The cruise overall was nice. We had a great table. The food was okay, I was expecting more of a gourmet style.

On the cruise and all the information about Amsterdam was great, the captain was a friendly lady with humor. It was very nice. The note I want to make is, the food. The price/quality didn't match at all. There is still a lot to repair here, the appetizer, was an acceptable score: 6,5 The soup: the highlight of the evening, got a bad grade: 2 A green pea soup (we were told this) watery, no taste at all, cold, with a piece of green asparagus in it. what is this!! It wasn't eaten around us either. The main course: number 2 (cold plates, the vegetables were cold, not tasty. The meat (roulade-like) was just bad, cold/lukewarm. The potato puree was also lukewarm and reasonably tasty. The dessert, well what can I say, just bad. If you had picked vanilla custard from a packet, you would have scored more points. We also didn't get an explanation of what we were going to eat, we had to ask every time. But they didn't even know it. The wines and drinks were taken care of well. The F&B team of Lovers shipping company should take a trip on board themselves, unannounced of course for the staff. You are of course welcome to contact me personally for clarification.

Captain Justin & his crew provided me with a special night. He was knowlegable & informative adding in comedic quips. While we cruised through multiple canals his crew served us a delicious meal & plenty of drinks. All in all a perfect ending to a day.
