This was an excellent cruise! I am gluten intolerant and expected a mediocre dish. Instead, we were presented with a 3-course menu, with choices for each course. And, it could be modified for my gluten allergy! The food was excellent, some of the best we have had in Amsterdam. We had a leisurely tour of Amsterdam enjoying the food and wine. It was an outstanding value! We highly recommend this.
I was surprised this turned out to be the highlight of my visit to Amsterdam! I was a bit worried because I often get motion sickness but thankfully the water was smooth. Even more amazing than that was the food! The food was absolutely amazing. I wish they would leave business cards of the restaurant that catered the food so I could have visited again!
Smaller boat with a more intimate experience. Friendly crew. Very good food. Recommended to fellow travellers.
So disappointing and a huge let down. Apparently the boat we were to go on had broken down so we had a replacement one. There were four couples squashed into a very small boat, so small the waiter had to clamber behind tables to serve you. There was no sink at the toilet so wet wipes were issued.breaking all H&S procedures. There was no proper lighting on board so you were eating your food in the dark. We were given no compensation and had to pay for our bottle of wine in full. Neither the waiter or Captain spoke a great deal. There were just plastic zip down windows so you couldn’t see out properly rather than the very nice looking glass windows on the boats you can see in the adverts! All in all a huge rip off…we did complain to the waiter who said he’d told the company the boat wasn’t suitable. My partners written an e mail to the company so we look forward to a refund!

Very romantic and beautiful experience, wonderful attention to service and a beautiful evening sailing the canals, dinner was ok.
The boat ride and food were great. We were told that the tour operator informed you that the embarkation location had changed and Viator did not inform me. I contacted the tour operator and they came for us.
Beautiful boat. Stephen, the captain, was friendly, as was Sam, the server/bartender. The food was delicious, absolutely delicious. Do not pass this up!
This was the best canal cruise we had. It was romantic the food was wonderful. White tablecloths beautiful silver and crystal. Wine, drinks and beer included. The boat is beautiful, 100 years old and in great shape. Overall I highly recommend this cruise
What a great way to experience Amsterdam! The food was a 10/10 ! The food came from a local restaurant, and the Chef came over to explain the dishes! I would highly recommend this experience!! I thought this would also be a tour or someone would explain some of the sights , and that wasn’t the case but even still, the experience was great!
Loved the whole experience. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion or for any reason.
