However, you decided to take the tour of your own free will; the company did not force you to. This led the agency to organize an alternative route as a private service just for you. We see that you didn't appreciate the effort of the entire team. To avoid writing "SCAM," you should have said, "I cancel my trip." You paid 555 per person; for two travelers, that would be 1110 USD, not more than $1200, as you claim. The company, in an attempt to compensate, offered you a visit to Machu Picchu with Circuit 3-B and a ticket to climb Machu Picchu Mountain up with Circuit 1-A. Basically, you visited Machu Picchu twice, doing two different circuits, when our clients usually only visit once. Our clients are very important to us; therefore, you know what we did for you.
