Quick way to tour the city. Easy to stop at a tourist location, and then get on another bus when you finish to continue visiting places in New York City.

We have had the worst experience with this tour. We rode all day and the buses were so crowded my family did not get sit on top one time. The inside was so hot my daughter got sick. We came back for the night tour, went a few blocks and something with the bus is broke and we have been sitting on the side of the road for 30 minutes. Nothing about this was a good experience
You will get to see many of New York’s highlights and it allows you to know which locations you want to go back to. Well done!

The hop-on-hop-off bus tour was a good experience overall. We absolutely LOVED the night tour and would do it 1,000 more times. During the day is not quite as enjoyable just because there are a ton of people booked and the busses fill up very fast. That is our only complaint. It is worth the expense!

Even as a native New Yorker it was still a super cool experience to share with my family. It was great to experience the city without the normal daily hustle and bustle.

No Air Conditioning!!! If you're thinking of doing a big bus tour in the summer, think again. Given that temps were 80-90+ degrees, I was hoping to sit on the lower level of the bus and get my bearings of the city while shielded from the sun. Turns out - there's no air conditioning on any of the buses, meaning the heat on the lower level is so stifling no one is able to sit there. Your only option is to sit on the top deck and bake in the sun. The company should have made this clear in advance on their website - Avoid for the summer months!
We expected the trip to be canceled because of the rain but it wasnt. We sat inside and toured until the rain stopped then were able to move up top. It was a good trip. The title was a bit misleading because we wanted a hop in hop off night tour and paid $65 for it. But once we arrived the hop in/off option wasnt available at night. We lost a total of $40 for our family because if the no refund policy.
They quit and have you get off and walk to another bus stop…………….. ………….. ………………………………………..,,,,,,,,,,
