乗り降り自由の1日パスでNYCを思う存分満喫

The Iconic Tours Hop on Hop Off Very poor. We were dropped off so we could see the Brooklyn Bridge and Ground Zero but when we walked to their next stop Trinity Church to be picked up they never came. Waited over an hour. Other tour busses came and went but not Iconic's. One guy laughed when we told him we were waiting on Iconic. Walked back to where we were dropped off still no buses. Ended up having to make our own way back to Mid Manhattan from Lower Manhattan. We feel we deserve a refund. Didn't get to see all they promised. Our only day in NY City ruined.

Good rivew and best experience

We waited two hours for the bus to pick us up. He said it was traffic but the competition's bus came by four times. Would not book with this company again.

Iconic was NOT our best hop on/hop off bus; we have done the busses before. We waited an hour for the bus to arrive when they said half an hour. The first hour was enjoyable and then because of traffic they completely skipped the last three stops. Back where we started we had to WALK to Central Park and then walk to our hotel. We are 72 and able to walk but they put miles on our walking.

We had no advice as to where the bus stops were and had to ask other providers. Your booking notification didn’t actually advise us of the provider being Iconic bus tours Upon boarding the bus we were given a set of head phones but the commentary didn’t work. The driver came upstairs at each stop to tell us the places we could reach. Having got off at one stop we waited 45 mins before a bus came, drivenby same driver, so still no commentary. The route then took us harbour side but we were in A traffic jam for almost an hour and no stop en route that we could get off and walk. No map is provided to give you an idea of where you are. An appalling waste of limited time in New York. Very disappointed an feel it was very disorganised and not value for money. I do .not recommend. It is not of Viators normal standard of provider

The sales rep wearing an orange shirt were not honest with my group. They told us the bus came around every 10 minutes which was completely false. The bus truly comes by every 45 minutes. Then we were told we could hop on and off the bus all day . We got on the first but at 12:30 bad an experience scheduled at 1:30 that’s took 3 hours which I informed the sales agent about and he said yea yea yea this works for you . When we got back on the bus for the second time we were informed that we could only ride until 6pm. We weren’t told that in the beginning. Very dishonest . We never received headphones the first time either . Very disappointed

We chose this tour because it looked to be the most cost effective. I had to stand in the middle of the road as the driver wasn’t going to stop. When he did he had to physically open the doors which had smashed glass. Throughout the tour the commentary, when it was in sync with where we were, repeated twice and three times. Plus I never want to hear that Sinatra NY NY again!! We got on the bus later in the afternoon to get down to the piers and on this bus didn’t have any commentary at all. On the minor positive side, we did see most of the Downtown sights. Would I use them again? Emphatically no.

The tour was amazing the workers were all very nice and informative especially Izzy he was very informative about the city. Very funny too. amazing day with amazing people thanks

It was cool and I would do it again if I had a chance totally recommend.
