The worst company I've ever seen in a country
The worst company I've ever seen on a tour bus, they don't have names, they stop where they want, they detour where they want without warning, nasty drivers like the ones below, very bad company
事業者からの返答
We apologize for your negative experience with our tour company. Currently, our stops are marked on the MTA bus stop poles and we also provide pictures of the exact location on our Big Bus Tours app. Rest assured, we take your feedback seriously and will work on improving our services to provide a better experience for our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you Yanara and Big Red Bus for an incredible two days!
We are not big walkers and this tour allowed us for two days to see time square, the architecture, and so many beautiful things! We are grateful for this. Yanara helped us at the beginning to fix our pass and get the tickets. She even called customer service for us. Thank you!
事業者からの返答
Hello Alejandra, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad the tour allowed you to comfortably explore the city and take in all the beauty without too much walking. It's wonderful to hear that Yanara was so helpful right from the start—she truly goes above and beyond for our guests. We’ll be sure to pass along your thanks to her. We’re grateful you chose to ride with us and hope to see you again soon!

Amazing Brooklyn Tour Experience
Greg and JR (our tour guide) were both fantastic! We enjoyed our Brooklyn tour. We had an amazing experience (also with Aaron - the photographer) even the weather was perfect. The chocolate tasting was a great experience as well. We learned a lot from JR!
事業者からの返答
Hello, Thank you, it makes our day to hear that we were able to provide you 5-star service. We’ll make sure Greg and JR receive your feedback!
