It was very informative, small group, fun and guide was funny.

If was a fun experience to sightsee at night under the lights. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Manhattan.

We were looking forward to a night cruise in an open top coach; especially as the weather was mild and pleasant. Unfortunately it turned out to be a closed top coach, though the web site, sort of, let you think it was an open top bus. It did state on the ticket a closed coach but by then it was a little late to change our minds. Despite the fact that it was really hard to see what the guide was talking about, due to it being dark and the windows only allowed limited vision, the guide seemed very knowledgeable about the various areas and their history. We stopped for about 50 minutes in Brooklyn, next to the Brooklyn Bridge, where the views towards Manhattan were stunning. There was also time for a drink in the many bars or you could step down to the quay side and just take in the views and the boats on the river (which, by the way according to our guide, isn't really a river!), and take some photos. If you do this trip, try to do it in the summer when the evenings are still light. And don't expect an open top bus!

While informative I feel the tour missed opportunities to share more about the City and the history. While on our stop under DUMBO we were not told that the Timeout Market was some of New York’s best restaurants food court edition until after we reboarded the bus. This would have been good info to know beforehand. An hour at that stop was also way too long. Also there were lulls in the tour that I feel should have been filled with more information. Also the tour seems to have been cut short as some of the sights the original listing said we would see were left out. If there was a reason for this we should have been informed. Overall quite disappointed in the experience.

Great trip around New York at night seeing the sights. Very informative guide…brilliant that he was British and had very good knowledge of not only the landscape but also the history of New York. The stop by Dumbo and Timeout Market was the highlight for us. Never would have found that on our own. Overall a great experience and would recommend to all.

The bus is not open air where you can see lights at night. It’s more of a large passenger van with an enclosed roof. The windows are tinted and dirty obstructing your view. The majority of time you are just sitting in traffic. Your better off taking the open air two story bus if you want to see lights at night.

Tour started right on time! Grace was our tour guide, she was very engaging and pleasant. Tour was well organized with stops in between for pictures and sightseeing. Highly recommended for seeing NYC by night!

We showed up 35 minutes early due to fortunate traffic conditions. The tour bus was there but had no markings to indicate that it's the right tour or even a tour bus. The driver parks and exits the vehicle and disappears. There's no sign or placard or docent person to indicate if you're standing in the right place or not. About 5 minutes before start time, a guy appears and asks your name and checks you off the list on his phone. Finally he opens the bus door and allows people to get on. I get it - diesel fuel is expensive and idling is against the law. Another person shows up and then the tour guide shows up. They dump a bunch of water bottles into a cooler with no ice. Why bother with the cooler? The trip goes very well after the herky jerky start. The best part, of course, is the stop at DUMBO. The worst part is there's no stop in LIttle Italy at the San Genero street experience. A few less drive by buildings and time for a Little Italy stop would greatly improve the night tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The bus seats were very comfortable and, if you're able, you can recline them a little. Overall, a very worth while tour.

I enjoyed the NYC at night bus tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. It was a good way to see the city at night without having to walk it which would've taken a lot of time. We had a nice stop in Brooklyn that was right on the water with great views of NYC and the Brooklyn Bridge. The price was reasonable. I feel it was a good value for what you got.

3 hours of driving in traffic. Bathroom recommendation and only bathroom stop took up all time. My first bad experience using a tour.
