Perhaps each guide is different. Of that I can't judge. Vassi was upbeat and funny. We walked around, took two one stop streetcar trips, and a gondola. We learned something of the great university on the hill... but during the same stop a lot about why Swiss chocolate is so good. These kinds of things were highlights for us because we learned interesting things about Zurich and Switzerland.
Michael was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and fun. Long day and very hot but he kept us on schedule and took care of all transportation. I would recommend this tour!
This was a great tour that included a guided walk of old town of Zurich, ferry cruise on Lake Zurich & cable car up to Felsenegg to get great views of the surrounding valley. Our guide, Greg was very knowledgeable & entertaining. This was a long day & be prepared for more than 5 hours of moving by foot, train, ferry & cable car. Good fitness level is required & make sure you have good footwear for the various terrains encountered. Great way to see Zurich & surrounding areas !!
This was a fast-paced and thorough tour of Zürich! We appreciated all the thoughtful & various ways we could see the city. From cable car, boat, & walking we packed a lot in reaching about 12,000 steps. Bring good tennis shoes, and a refillable water bottle. Mr. Vasi was an excellent guide, sharing photos and stories, & history, but also mixed in current Swiss culture to give guests a lot of information. Wonderful & funny - efficient & kind. The passenger van was a plus giving us a little break in air conditioning as it was a hot day.
Great experience, one of the best I had in Switzerland!! . The guide was local and he explained us very well and clearly everything. Also it was a great and well planned tour , without doubt I highly recommend it

Our guide was very well versed on history, buildings, everyday life, outdoors, and was very humorous! We were able to experience so much more of Zurich. If you have mobility issues, walking through Zurich's old section would not be easy.
Super active day seeing Zurich from the ground, on the water, and high above while at Felsenegg. Greg did an awesome job educating us on Swiss culture and history. Loved using multiple modes of public transport to move from point to point.
We learned about the history of Zurich. The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. Lake Zurich was beautiful.
