it was good. we were looking forward to the cruise on the lake which did not happen because of low water. We booked the night before. I feel we should have been told about the low water situation.

If you are looking for a tour that covers it all this is the tour for you. Bus ride through Zurich with our guide calling out points of interest and things to do as well as places to eat. Walking tour of old town and cable cable cars ride were very interesting. The view from Felsenegg ridge was breath taking. Because of low water levels in Lake Zurich we had to swap out the ferry ride for a visit to Lindt chocolate, no one complained.

The tour was very good although the ferry ride didn’t happen as there wasn’t enough water apparently. I would have liked to have known this before I booked. We did go to the Lindt Factory instead which we had intended on doing anyway so it worked out ok. I think it might be better to advertise as to what the customer is getting so they are aware. The guide Marianne was excellent on the tour.

They packed 25 people in the cable car so you could see nothing. The ferry ride was not scenic just 10 minutes across the lake. Very disappointing

This was a fabulous tour. Unfortunately we couldn’t do the ferry ride due to the low water shortage currently happening. But the tour added a stop to the Lindt Factory for some fun photos and shopping. The cable car was phenomenal! The views weee amazing. Our guide and driver was kind and informative and helped navigate us all through all the stops along the way. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Zurich for the first time as we were.

Excellent tour guide and well organized. We enjoyed seeing the different sights. There was a change in the ferry ride but it was replaces with a Lintz chocolate visit.

I had a wonderful time! For 4.5 hours you surely get a lot accomplished. Our guide and bus driver were great and very informative. It didn’t feel rushed and we enjoyed getting to walk around, travel in the AC coach, and the cable car ride. Due to global warming and very little rainfall, the lake levels are quite low, so no ferry ride. Most boats in the lake were covered. We had options to eat at the top of Felsenegg! Enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL views. We did stop by the lake for pictures and to take it in. However, they made up for no ferry ride with a stop by Lindt factory (not for a tour but to see the fountain and gift shop!) We had a great time! Thank you!!

The description suggested a ride on Lake Geneva, not just crossing the lake to get to the other side. The tour was 95 percent on a bus. Otherwise, the tour guide, Sandra was fabulous.

The Best of Zurich Tour with Felsenegg Cable Car and Ferry Ride was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our driver, Carlos, was friendly and professional, and our guide, who I unfortunately can’t remember his name, told us he was from Chile, was a real highlight. Our group was multilingual, and he switched between English and Spanish seamlessly so that everyone felt included. He kept the history and stories flowing the entire time, and we learned so much while having a lot of fun. The tour moves at a lively pace, which is part of what makes it such a great way to see so much in a short time. I needed to take things a little slower at times, and our guide was patient and made sure no one was ever left behind. The view from the top after the cable car ride was absolutely breathtaking. If you want to see the best of Zürich without spending days doing it, I highly recommend booking this tour!

This is a wonderful way to get a touch of the old city and beautiful lake Zürich. The best part was the tram ride and an absolutely stunning view of Zurich from above. Sofia our guide was wonderful and explained the community and living in Zurich today.
