Very knowledgeable guide and very good driver to and from the ruins. We had a good time visiting the ruins. Our favorite was Herculaneum.

This was a great day. The length of the day was good. Good amount of time at both places. Yes, you could spend many more hours at each place but for the time I had it was good. The included lunch was good. The guide was pretty good. If you only have 1 day this worked very well. And going to Herculaneum was well worth it rather than all day at Pompeii.

Great tour guides and bus driver. All were pleasant and welcoming. Lunch was nice and nothing felt rushed. Just enough time.

The guide was very disorganized! Her English was difficult to understand! The whisper sound systems were marginal, poor range! The lunch was in a sketchy area and the food was disappointing! The visit to Pompeii was very crowded! The guide had to go buy tickets, so we had to wait almost 30 minutes after arriving to enter the city! Our final stop was Herculaneum! The guide tried to split us up into two groups but she couldn’t figure out how to work the whisper boxes! She should have split us up into two groups Pompeii where the group could have been smaller and easier to get around! Once we arrived back in Sorrento, the drop off point was not in the same area as the pick up point! We were not familiar with Sorrento, so it was stressful trying to find our way back to the hotel!

Absolute must trip to do when in Sorrento. Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable about all aspects of Pompeii. Would definitely do this trip again. Thanks

Our trip in total was about 6 hours. Both sites are a must see and in our case absolutely blew our minds. The weather was very hot so go prepared. Dana was a fantastic guide and we really appreciate all her knowledge, it made our trip.

Best to do both towns in one trip to save 2 trips down the coastal road from Sorrento which tends to be very busy . Our guide Eugene was very knowledgable and helpful, and went at the groups pace . The Lunch was an added bonus being 3 courses , and served up professionally in a spotless, comfortable venue .
