I had booked this tour via Facebook. Was so easy to book. The day before our trip we were sent a message that confirmed pick up times. Our driver Michael (not the boss) was very knowledgeable and so helpful. He recommended a place for lunch and we went there and it was my best meal. We loves Zacopane, we loved the thermal baths. It was busy however we were told that it is normally busier. We also met the owner Michael, he was a lovely guy and asked us if everything was okay, which it was was.
Thank you very much for your review, we try do the best :) If you come back to Kraków someday please contact us, Have a great day! Michal
