Our driver, Oscar, was in contact with us at all times. He is a good driver. Even though it rained and the fog prevented us from seeing the mountain range, the experience was interesting (with a thermal bath included).

Our trip was great from start to finish. Our guide was called Jordan and he was informative, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The cable car trip was brilliant, as was our visit to zacopane, we enjoyed seeing the Shepard’s hut a tasting the cheese and vodka and the wooden town was very impressive. We finished in the thermal baths and had a nice relaxing couple of hours there. The trip to and from the different areas we visited were comfortable and timely. Zakopane was absolutely beautiful...stunning mountain views and a nice atmosphere that made it such a memorable day. The thermal pools were the real highlight though. Soaking in warm water surrounded by a beatiful view was incredible, especially after a full day of exploring. Our guide Michał was fantastic, friendly, funny and informative. He suggested the best spot at the thermal pools. Couldn't recommend this experience enough!

We took a trip to Zakopane and Terma Bania today - our driver Tomasz was first rate.. very nice guy and helpful.. trip took 2 ish hours there and about 1.75 hrs back starting with Zakopane, getting the funicular up to the resort and then coming back down to the village for food.. Tomasz made sure to sort out lift passes and was waiting patiently for us to then head to Terma Bania complex. The Spa was beautiful, clean and again Tomasz was ready with all the tickets so no queuing or not realising what we needed to purchase.. to top if off whilst we relaxed outside in the Thermal waters at 38 deg it was snowing as well.. excellent bar in the pool to grab drinks whilst you’re watching the snowflakes land highly recommend to anyone visiting the area
