Dont use Trip Advisor they cannot be reached and tour guide in Krakow sent cancellation request back to HQ instead of dealing with customer
Difficult to track someone down and get response
I canceled a day ahead of time
And they refused to honor after four phone calls
All they responded with is what do i want for lunch
They even changed departure time one hour earlier
And still refused cancellation
Worst customer service ever

Great trip
Excellent activity, pick up was very easy and guide was very knowledgable and accommodating. Activities involved were brilliant and great value for money

Very nice trip
Only problem was that we sat a little tight in front of the car. My wife who was in the middle of mee and the driver, was not very comfortable. (And we could have used one more piece of cheese at the cottage

Underwhelmed
The driver was excellent and provided great information at each stop and comminuted via WhatsApp during the tour which was great. He also gave recommendations including places to eat which we did and was very pleased. My score doesn’t reflect the driver but the experience. We felt underwhelmed by the drop off points for example the Fenicular is lovely although the area to look around felt extremely touristy, this was the same feeling in the town. We weren’t impressed with the thermal pools which were busy and full of children despite it not being a weekend or holiday season and compared to other thermal pools the swimming area wasn’t aesthetically pleasing

Good day but spa not for me.
It was good to see the mountain villages and Zakopane, but for me personally the spa trip was not for me. It is huge and really busy so I didn’t enjoy it so much, especially spending 2.5 hours there.

Wooden village, shepherds hut, Zakopane cable cars and thermal baths
Booked as 3 friends the night before the trip and it was well worth it. Everything was really straight forward and properly explained. Szymon was our tour guide and he made it all very enjoyable and stress free.

Would deffo recommend this tour
We really enjoyed our tour with Julia. Pick-up was from our hotel, there was 2 other couples on the tour with us which made he tour more enjoyable rather then been stuck on a coach with loads of other people. Julia our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, she also went above and beyond to send us lots of tips of where to visit and eat in krakow.
The places we visited were all really enjoyable and well worth the time.

5 star experience!
Stanley was a great guide! And his English was amazing! The trip itself was brilliant and learned lots about the area. Thermal baths are massive! Was such a fun day and will definitely do it again if we return to Krakow ✨️
