Great experience!! Wonderful guide, Sultan!! We really appreciated the time he took to explain all the things and places we saw, and even took us on some side trips and locations not included in the excursion itinerary. It was great. The only thing a bit confusing was that Viator didn’t clearly advertise that the boat trip to see the floating glaciers was not included in the price. Otherwise a great trip overall. Thank you, Sultan!!

Viator was very misleading about no boat ride being included in our itinerary which caused confusion and delay and concern from our tour guide. So we paid out of pocket for that to see the floating glacier ice up close in the lake near diamond beach. Otherwise Sultan did a fantastic job at driving us and taking us to see various highlights and places upon request. He was amazing.

This day we made a big trip. We visited Skógafoss, a plane wreck, Diamond beach, Jökulsárlón and Seljalandsfoss. We were very lucky to see the Northern Lights at Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Ma-gian! Our driver Tommy did an excellent job despite it being a long day, his rest periods were taken into account. This does provide extra stops (but also beautiful views). The guide Gunnar B. told us a lot about the sights along the way, the customs in Iceland at Christmas for example and stories about the trolls of Iceland. At Diamond beach he personally explains to you how to take a beautiful, magical picture of a washed up piece of ice. Dress warmly! You spend a lot of time on open plains and that is very cold in November (even when it is not freezing). I found this tour a little more limited compared to the golden Circle tour in toilet and dining facilities during stops. So make sure you always go to the bathroom where you can and have some snacks, drinks and a sandwich for the road. It's been a long day. We spent a total of 15 hours on the road. It was all worth it!

We did a private tour with Frazeli as our guide. There was some miscommunication between the tour company and our travel agent, but Frazeli was absolutely wonderful. Upon learning of the miscommunication, he made sure that the four of us had a great tour. He was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. He turned a potentially frustrating situation into a lovely day and we were able to see a couple of amazing sites not on our agenda. We could not have asked for a better guide.

My son and I had a quick trip to Iceland and wanted to see as many things as possible - too many to list. We booked two days of activities with Iceland Paradise Tours. Our tour guide, Sam, was a wealth of knowledge and catered to our needs. We chose to do private tours which allowed us to stay at sites at long as needed. Sam was patient, informative, and helped us build lasting memories of our trip to Iceland. Each stop was hassle free leaving no down time which is exactly what we wanted. We hope to make it back to see the northern lights and will definitely be booking with this company (Sam) again.

Fazeli, from Iceland Paradise Tours, was the perfect guide for us! He connected with us prior to our tour to arrange pickup and arrived on time. He was professional, easy to talk to, informative, and a great driver. Through easy conversation, he learned what we'd appreciate seeing and added a few extra hot spots to our tour!! From the amazing glacier, diamond beach, searching for puffins, and the thrill and adventure of exploring waterfalls, Fazeli made it very special. I particularly appreciated him connecting with my 8 year old son and provided him a wet, exciting, and thrilling adventure with the waterfalls. I loved it too. In addition to myself and son, we had my mom and friend. He was the perfect host and I recommend him for all ages!! We were all very pleased. Thank you, Frazeli!!
