We had a great time and got to enjoy a few of Iceland's gorgeous waterfalls, glaciers and black beaches.

Our family of 6, two grandparents and 4 grandchildren took a whole day trip with several stops along the way , to the points of Diamond Beach and The Glacier Lagoon. It is a long 12 hour trip. Our guide Lina was fantastic and made appropriate stops to see sights and gave us time to stretch and get snacks. Lina arranged the tour schedule based upon weather conditions due to rain and wind. Fortunately, we had decent weather for some of our excursion. Lina is well informed and shared insights and her knowledge. Lina was pleasant and accommodating and made the trip worthwhile and we felt very comfortable with her as our guide. She has a lovely and engaging personality. The tour company is reliable, a most important factor when hiring a tour operator on line. The van was large, clean and comfortable. While the cost is high, the tour was 12 hours and we had personalized service to meet our group's needs. One of the children left an item in the car and Lina returned it to us the next day. Lina provided a very amazing day trip to the southern glacier Lagoon region of Iceland with many wonderful stops along the way. She’s also a very kind, knowledgeable and easy-going person and helped us to learn more about the country and was very lovely to be around. We were also very relieved and happy that she was able to accommodate us on this last-minute trip because our group trip bus pickup didn’t happen. She was incredibly flexible in accommodating this last-minute booking! I would recommend her very highly and the tour itself was beautiful and once in a lifetime opportunity to see some very unusual and beautiful wonders of Iceland!

Great experience!! Wonderful guide, Sultan!! We really appreciated the time he took to explain all the things and places we saw, and even took us on some side trips and locations not included in the excursion itinerary. It was great. The only thing a bit confusing was that Viator didn’t clearly advertise that the boat trip to see the floating glaciers was not included in the price. Otherwise a great trip overall. Viator was very misleading about no boat ride being included in our itinerary which caused confusion and delay and concern from our tour guide. So we paid out of pocket for that to see the floating glacier ice up close in the lake near diamond beach. Otherwise Sultan did a fantastic job at driving us and taking us to see various highlights and places upon request. He was amazing.

This day we made a big trip. We visited Skógafoss, a plane wreck, Diamond beach, Jökulsárlón and Seljalandsfoss. We were very lucky to see the Northern Lights at Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Ma-gian! Our driver Tommy did an excellent job despite it being a long day, his rest periods were taken into account. This does provide extra stops (but also beautiful views). The guide Gunnar B. told us a lot about the sights along the way, the customs in Iceland at Christmas for example and stories about the trolls of Iceland. At Diamond beach he personally explains to you how to take a beautiful, magical picture of a washed up piece of ice. Dress warmly! You spend a lot of time on open plains and that is very cold in November (even when it is not freezing). I found this tour a little more limited compared to the golden Circle tour in toilet and dining facilities during stops. So make sure you always go to the bathroom where you can and have some snacks, drinks and a sandwich for the road. It's been a long day. We spent a total of 15 hours on the road. It was all worth it!
