The visit with the guide Bea was great; despite the influx of people, she made it very pleasant and entertaining.

Less than 3 days before the tour, they contacted us to change the reservation date (which we had booked at 7:45 in the morning months ago) without explaining the reason and without giving us any option other than changing to a time that did not suit us or canceling. Finally, less than 3 days away, it has been impossible for us to coordinate another tour with them, and they have forced us to cancel. I would not recommend that anyone risk their vacation by booking with this provider. Because they take you for a fool, they play with your schedules as if your time were not relevant, and they do not give you any explanation.

3 people, 250€, and a huge disappointment with the guided tour. Tip: always take the official tour on the Vatican website; these companies abuse by selling out the tickets. If you run out of tickets, you have no choice but to put up with it. It was the second time I visited the Vatican; the first time I took away a spectacular memory of both the visit and the guide. On this second occasion, it was for my mother, who was visiting for the first time. It was a huge disappointment. The guide, Juan Pedro, was not pleasant at all; he finished the tour in less than two hours, skipping works like the Laocoön, which he completely overlooked. Half the time, his explanations were little stories about his experiences as a guide in the Vatican and the mistakes of other guides. The rest, except for the information about the Sistine Chapel, was all without explaining context or having a clear narrative. The audio guides they gave us are worthless; it was difficult to hear the little that Juan Pedro explained to us. On other guided tours we have had these days, the audio guides were different and could be heard perfectly. Really disappointed with the such high price and the such terrible service received.

We went to the Vatican for the first time with my mom, Bernardeta told us everything and more. It is long and it was very hot but it was worth it. We missed seeing areas, it is huge. I recommend doing it with a guide because otherwise there are many things that are not understood.
