My husband and I booked a private tour. Lorenza, our guide, was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and personable. She taught us so much and made sure we got to see as much as possible.

One of my favorite tours of our trip, and I truly believe Massimo is what made it so special! He was so funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and even took some great photos of us. The early entry was fantastic because we got to see so much before the crowds arrived. We’re not religious, but we still loved the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. I had visited the museum before and found navigating it on my own overwhelming, so having Massimo guide us made such a difference. I also loved being able to go directly from the museum to the basilica without having to walk all the way around. Such a convenient and memorable experience!

Message: Francesca was honestly the highlight of my tour! She made the art come alive and connected all the dots for my 3 girls. She would put her arm around them, and get them as excited about the details, as she was. She was incredible at connecting the art across time periods and masterpieces and showing the influence across artists, religion, and time. There is no way we would have appreciated the Vatican and Basillica as much as we did with Francesca with us. Plus she was so lovely! Kind, endearing, vulnerable, and so smart. She was perfect for my family. Amazing experience all around!

Christina T. shared a lot of history and details about many aspects of the tour we were not aware of. She asked us what we were most interested in and tailored the tour and her conversation around those key areas. It was a great experience and she was very nice.

Unbelievable tour of the Vatican with Francesco. The meeting point was easy and he had us in line quickly. Once inside he moved us in front of everyone and kept the tour going to keep us ahead of the crowds. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Liv Tours for the Vatican and hopefully Francesco as the guide.
