Mateo was very informative and this guided tour was excellent! Early morning was a bit rough to get up for but I highly recommend doing the early tour. Still busy but less crowded. Great tour. Highly recommend

Enjoyed the early morning tour with Christina. She was very knowledgeable and interacted well with our small group. Small group was worth it because you could ask questions and stay together as a group. Don’t think you’ll be alone though, if you’re going in summer. You’ll be one of the first in and there is room to stay together, but there are lots of groups. Still, being able to interact with our guide was great and she did a fantastic job. We were with Liv Tours.

100000% recommend this tour! Liv Tours was organized and quick in getting us assigned to our guide Lia (from Sorrento - hope I spelled her name correctly) She was fantastic!! So warm and friendly and so knowledgeable!! She led us efficiently through the Vatican Museum and hit all the highlights!! The Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s were both magnificent. We took a super early tour to beat the crowds and it was so worth it. Lia was happy to take our family pics also which was so nice. Well worth the money spent - I would highly recommend Liv Tours!!
Good tour! The guide, Masimo was very detailed and did a great job of maneuvering us through spaces and telling us about all of the pieces of art.
If you are lucky enough to have Massimo as your guide, you are in for a good time! He has extensive knowledge about the art in the museum and the Sistine chapel. He spent time demonstrating what we would see in the rooms so we were prepared upon entering! His sense of humor, his interactions with other guides, and his jokes made it a very fun and entertaining g tour. I really appreciated seeing some of his behind the scenes tips.
Our guide is the best we’ve had in Rome and all of Europe (Massimo?). It is an expensive tour by comparison to others but we felt it worthwhile.
