Eugene was a fantastic guide with great humor. We learned a lot and even our 16 and 13 years old children’s were fully engaged from the start to the finish!
Breathtaking art, Eugene was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable. He was entertaining and enjoyed educating us about various things.
The enormity of the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica can be most daunting but our guide John brought it all into perspective and made it a most enjoyable 3 1/2 hours with his vast knowledge of art and history. Thank you for a great day John!

Vatican museum fantastic but hot in mid August. Only downside tour guide was somewhat difficult to hear. Would suggest upgrade in microphone and headsets. The guide navigated the crowded Vatican expertly, being courteous but also aggressive in getting the best viewing opportunities.
Dear Larry_K, Summers in Rome are definitely not the coolest, and exploring during that time comes with its own set of challenges. Nevertheless, our guides do an amazing job of navigating the crowds and finding cooler, shaded areas for explanations to make the experience as comfortable as possible for guests. Radios and microphones are owned and distributed by the Vatican for mandatory use by all tour operators. Before each tour, a mandatory sound check is conducted, and all guests are advised that if, at any time during the tour, they are having challenges hearing, they should let their guide know so the issue can be resolved immediately. Our guides have been leading tours for years and are true experts at navigating the sites and ensuring that guests have the best experience possible without interfering with the experience of other visitors. Ennio was an amazing tour guide. Our daughter learned so much from him and it was a great experience. Pickup and communication throughout the tour were excellent. We were given 20 minutes to sit and admire the Sistine Chapel, it was perfect.
