- 身分証明書とチケットの正確性の要件 : 入国時に有効な政府発行の写真付き身分証明書が必要で、予約時の名前と一致する必要があります。 大人と未成年者でチケットは異なりますので、ご予約時に正確に選択してください。
- 時間厳守の入場と遅刻ポリシー：バチカン美術館への入場は時間厳守です。 遅刻は認められない場合があり、その場合の返金はいたしません。
- 列からの入場とセキュリティ審査をスキップ ：チケット列をスキップできますが、すべての訪問者は必須のセキュリティチェックを通過する必要があります。 特にピーク時や宗教行事の時は時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。
- バチカン入国時の服装規定：厳格な服装規定が徹底されています。 肩と膝は覆わなければならない。 袖なしのトップス、膝より上のショートパンツ、ミニスカート、ローカットの衣類は不可。 違反の場合は入場をお断りすることがあります。
- 入場時の禁止事項：武器、ガラス製品、鋭利な物、食べ物、アルコールは、保安上の理由からバチカンのサイト内への持ち込みは禁止されています。
- レイトツアーのセルフガイド付きバシリカ訪問 : 15:00以降のツアーでは、サンピエトロ大聖堂への訪問はガイド付きツアーのアクセス時間が限られているため、セルフガイドとなります。
- バシリカとシスティーナ礼拝堂の閉鎖と入場制限：サンピエトロ大聖堂は水曜日の午前8時から午後12時まで、12月24日と31日は閉鎖されます。 また、ジュビリー・ミサやセデ・バカンテ（教皇移行）など、宗教的な儀式や行事により、予告なくバシリカやシスティーナ礼拝堂への立ち入りが制限される場合があります。 休館の場合、ガイドがバチカン美術館内の時間を延長します。 払い戻しや一部払い戻しはいたしません。
- 折りたたみ式であっても、ベビーカーは入れません。 それに応じた計画を立ててください。

Difficult to hear through the headsets, our tour guide seemed to be on a mission to educate us on her beliefs. We appreciated her knowledge and concern with everyone’s learning experience and concern for everyone in very hot conditions >95*.

Great tour but there is a lot of walking. When we went it was really busy. Our tour guide was fantastic but it was so packed.

Our guide Leo was perfect. Full of energy but respectful for the group (most of our group were seniors). Tour was not overloaded with information but for more curious clients, Leo was happy to answer whatever question. Cannot imagine visit Vatikan without a guide. It is chaos. Thx to Crown Tours I enjoyed the Rome sightseeing (it was my third tour and all of them were great).
