Frank was absolutely awesome! He def made that tour. 1 of the best guides we ever had. I wish we could have had him on all our tours

Frank the guide is amazing and very knowledgeable on tour topics. Great experience and highly recommend! The communication of meetup location was not relayed when changed so that was a bit hectic. Frank found us and we then joined the group.

Frank was INCREDIBLE! He made this tour so so much better than I thought it could be. Such an intelligent man with a great spirit. I would hope he was my guide on all my tours! Viator however, gave us (multiple times) the wrong meet up location and Frank came and found us. Thank God for Frank!

Tour guide Leon was great. He knew his stuff and expressed it well and personable. The tour was postponed a hour and we did not get directions for the new meeting location until we called the tour company from the original meeting location.

Meranda was absolutely awesome. She was friendly, personable, and knew how to tailor the tour to the family's age and interests. She was thorough, but not so much that the tour ran long. She left plenty of time for us to spend independently. The only downside, albeit minor, was that they changed our tour time and meeting location. The tour operator was not aware of the change, and it made for a slight delay in the starting time,

Ben was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He was so patient and kind and took the time to introduce us to the Beefeaters when telling us their story.

We had a tour with Don and he was great! Very knowledgeable about the Tower of London and the Crown Jewels. Despite the heat, we were able to enjoy this tour and learned a lot.

Viator changed the meeting place and time without notifying us. In their email on the day of the tour, the wrong spot was listed as the meeting place, along with the wrong time. Also the tour lasted only 2 hours, not 3 hours as stated in the description. However, Ben the tour guide was very informative.

This was very informative tour and we had an awesome tour guide John. He went out of his way to find us when we went to the wrong meeting point ( totally our fault). He brought us up to speed on what we missed and made sure that we had a wonderful your experience.

Mark was a wonderful tour guide. The experience was well thought out but still left time for questions and small diversions. We got to witness a bride to be leave her car with her mother, father and attendants to walk into the chapel to be married. Mark shared stories both funny and scary about the Tower of London. We met the Beefeaters and even stopped for a picture with one of them. The whole experience was more of a shared dialog than a memorized script, which was a wonderful thing. There was a lot of walking and stair climbing but everything was done at a reasonable pace. Mark was very knowledgable and seemed to know everyone at the Tower on a first name basis. The group was small. It was one of the best tours I've ever been on.
