Highly recommend this tour! Our guide was Ben and I can’t say enough great things about him. Ben was very knowledgeable, is charismatic and had a great sense of humor!! As far as the tour, I am happy I took the tour but a bit bummed that we couldn’t take photos of the beautiful jewels.

Cristina, Ben's knowledge and sense of humor clearly made the Tower of London Crown Jewels tour one to remember, and that balance of charisma with real expertise is exactly what LetzGo City Tours looks for in every guide. Photography inside the Jewel House isn't permitted, a security rule set by the Tower of London itself rather than something we control, but the stories Ben shared more than filled that gap. Thank you for choosing LetzGo City Tours, and we hope you'll join us for another royal history tour soon.

Your guide brought humour and real depth to the Crown Jewels and Royal History tour in equal measure. The fact that you left having absorbed so much while laughing along the way speaks to the calibre of guide we put on these tours every day. Thank you for choosing LetzGo City Tours, and we hope that knowledge of England's story stays with you long after you've left London.

Ben was a terrific guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to his knowledge on the history and facts, he was mindful of making sure the group was comfortable - meeting in the shade, etc. After our two hours with Ben, we were able to tour the white tower on our own time.

Thank you Randi, Ben's blend of deep historical knowledge and genuine care for group comfort—from finding shade to keeping everyone at ease—is exactly what makes a Tower of London tour memorable. That attentiveness while delivering the facts and stories of England's royal history is the LetzGo City Tours standard. Thank you for choosing us, and we'll pass your kind words on to Ben!

Loved the express tour!
An incredible experience from start to finish! The Tower of London’s history was brought to life by our expert guide, with fascinating stories of kings, queens, and dramatic events. Seeing the Crown Jewels up close was truly breathtaking, and skipping the lines made everything smooth and stress-free. A must-do tour for anyone visiting London!
