The instruction should be much better on where to meet as it should state that you will be accessing through the reserved checki-in area and the tour will be a self-tour.
It was very interesting and especially enjoyed seeing the Crown Jewels display. The only down side was that it was very hot the day we went.
Loved seeing London tower but no crowd control. I brought my ticket at a certain hour but there seems to be no control on s What time you could arrive.
When I arrived to the Tower, we were told they don’t do tours with Viator and they didn’t know what we were talking about. I contacted the support and was told there was a 3:30 tour we could join. We walked around by ourselves and it was $150. Major bummer.
Dave and Mario were outstanding! Our only problem was that the AC on the bus didn’t work shortly after we’d started and it was very hot! It was bearable but definitely should have been more comfortable.

I thought I was getting a small group tour but anyone that has an admission ticket can join a tour. So it was huge!
Very disappointing we didn’t even get in the tower. There was no information on this companies web site to say you were not allowed entry if you had a roll along case with you. No refund available just feel ripped off.
Booked in 3.30 tour. Not made aware on golden tour site that done closes 4.15 and crypt at 5 - didn’t get to see it all - disappointing

I received a fraud alert because tried to authorize a 1 day hop on hop off bus in London. I called the number in the UK to find out what happened and the man I spoke with (American accent) said there was nothing he could do. I told him I already reported the tour company as committing fraud which he then said to email customer service. Thats really stupid that someone tried to take a free tour on my pound.

Great experience - highly recommend to all ages. Our young kids loved it. Beefeater tours every half hour or pay £5 for a digital audio device.
