We spent the day with Mirella and Stefano, a dynamic duo of professional chefs who gave us a detailed informative tour of the historic market in Florence before driving us to their charming home just outside Florence and teaching us how to cook an entire Italian meal including both gnocchi and pasta from scratch, eggplant Parm, and tiramisu. We could not recommend this experience more highly. It was the highlight of our amazing vacation. Would do it again in a second.

We were so excited to learn to cook traditional Tuscan cuisine. My husband loves to cook, so we had very high expectations. Stefano and Mire not only exceeded those expectations, it was like sitting down to a meal with good friends by the end of the evening. We learned so much (and ate so much!), and as a result, can’t wait to take our skills home with us to Vermont!! I highly recommend taking any class they have to offer! Their culinary skills are beyond amazing. Not only did we receive all of the recipes that we made, but they offered suggestions and modifications to the recipes to personalize the experience. We are so thankful we found them!

We met a charming Italian couple who were very hospitable and great chefs!! Learned a lot, helped prepare and ate amazing authentic food and had a wonderful experience!!
