Vacation
I had a 3 part transfer on different days (Airport to Hotel; Hotel to Cruise Port and Cruise Port back to Hotel). All pickups were done professionally and promptly. The drivers were courteous and handled our bags with care. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

He was an hour early to avoid the traffic, waited a half hour for all of us to get there, was excellent at getting us to where we needed to be, all around great.

Right on time!
Very prompt, courteous, kept in contact and understood my timeframe. However no choice for I was a solo rider so I had to reserve and pay for two passengers since that was their minimum. Driver was very courteous, and understood my urgency but I ended up having plenty of time to catch my plane.

Horrible experience over all. I don’t plan on booking ever again. Most of the drivers barely speak English so it’s super hard to communicate with them!! Driver came 30 minutes late. You can’t call the driver for an update because he speaks no English.

I used the same business to return from the cruise terminal to the airport. I am thrilled to report the same excellent experience. We were able to be picked up and leave early the Miami cruise terminal ahead of schedule. Again, I highly recommend this business! Thank you!

Our driver called me ahead of arrival to clarify the meeting location and gave me an ETA. He further called upon arrival and quickly loaded our luggage and we were on our way. Very professional, expedient, and cordial. I highly recommend trusting your transportation needs to this business.

The driver was nice and the shuttle was clean. I just wish the shuttle was there right when we got our luggage.
