My family and I were traveling for a cruise and used this service to and from the cruise port. We stayed at a hotel outside the downtown area close to the airport. They communicated well, they were on time and literally one of the only transport services that had a card with our name on it so we could have identified them easily. Trust me there were 100 of the same type vans picking up amongst thousands of passengers at the port. 10/10 customer service.

We used this shuttle...
We used this shuttle service for transportation from the Miami Cruise port to Miami Airport. We got off the boat earlier that expected and I made contact with Russ to ascertain the status of the pickup. Russ was very responsive and ensured that we hooked up with the driver at the appropriate location. The driver was very courteous and friendly. He made us feel safe and cared for on the drive to the airport.

Worst experience ever
We booked our reservation to pick up our party of 15 at our hotel at 10:30am and they didn’t show up. I called the number provided in the confirmation email and the driver said he was not in the area and that he couldn’t pick us up. He did not call us before and wasn’t able to get us another driver. Do not recommend him
