What you ate was *Jamón Ibérico de Jabugo* (considered by experts to be the best in the world), and the cheese was a protected designation of origin product. Regarding the boat being nearly full: do you want me to apologize for being chosen by so many customers? Fortunately, customers value what we offer—something no one else on the river provides. And if you like, you can blame us for the heat in Seville, too.

I am sorry to hear this, but a WhatsApp message was sent to you on the 8th informing you that, due to boat maintenance, we could not sail on the 14th and 15th, and offering the option to take the tour on the 13th or 16th.
