An ok ride
This was an ok tour, I wish there was more history or context provided about the sights as we passed by. 80% of the audio was music (American music, not Spanish). There was also a lot of construction and not a lot to see from the river. Overall it was a peaceful ride. There was no sign to indicate the boarding point so you just had to hope you were in right spot!

Regarding the commentary, you are absolutely right. You should receive much more history and context about the sights you pass. Our commentary should be informative and reflect the culture of Sevilla. We have shared your feedback with our cruise team to review the audio content immediately.
Regarding the views, we are sorry that the current construction works along one specific part of the right riverbank affected your enjoyment. While this is external to our service, we understand it impacts the overall scenery.
Regarding the boarding point, we understand the confusion. Due to port regulations we are not permitted to install our own physical signage at the pier, but the exact meeting point with map, photos and directions is detailed on our website and on your booking voucher. We are now working to make those instructions even clearer and to include more visual references to help guests find us easily.

A top-notch ride along the Guadalquivir ☀️☀️☀️
We loved the boat ride! We saw it pass by as soon as we arrived in Seville and bought the tickets on their website! Super good and the staff's service was great! Very attentive! We will recommend it! :)

Super experience

An incredible experience from beginning to end. We have thoroughly enjoyed the family boat trip on the Guadalquivir River with my two daughters, and we could not be more grateful for the treatment we received.
We want to especially highlight José, the captain, José, the sailor, and Leo, the sailor, because the three of them have been absolutely charming. They treated us in an exquisite, warm, and super friendly way, making us feel very comfortable and at ease from the very first moment.
The trip is very pleasant and, in addition, on board you can have a drink quietly and enjoy the moment, but what stands out the most is the kindness and treatment of the three of them. They have been attentive to us and, above all, they have made our daughters enjoy the experience very much.
Without a doubt we would repeat, and especially because of them. It is a pleasure to meet people who do their job with such warmth and dedication.
We recommend it 100% to everyone. If you are thinking about taking a trip on the Guadalquivir, do not hesitate. ❤️🚤

Frustrating
Booked through trip advisor and confirmed, but went to the pier and was advised that this service is not currently running, currently in the process of requesting a refund.
