Thank you for sailing with us. First, regarding the "mediocre" food—let me list the dishes for you. It may be that you simply didn't like Andalusian cuisine; when I go up to introduce myself, I explain that these are typical Andalusian dishes. At the end, when I serve the cava and ask for feedback, everyone usually applauds and congratulates me. 1st: *Jamón Ibérico de Bellota* from Jabugo (considered the best in the world by experts) and cured Manchego cheese (Designation of Origin). 2nd: *Salmorejo* with garlic croutons and crispy onion (a typical Andalusian dish). 3rd: Seasoned potato salad (*patatas aliñadas*—a very typical Andalusian dish). 4th: *Arroz Ibérico* (Iberian pork *secreto* and mushrooms)—you likely don't know what *secreto ibérico* is. 5th: Free-range chicken cannelloni with truffle. Unlimited drinks: It is true that we ran out of white wine that day because our supplier failed to deliver the order, but we had plenty of other things to drink. As for the claim that we took a long time to serve drinks—here, I must say you are not telling the truth. Regarding the price, you forgot to mention that, aside from the food and drink, you were sailing for two and a half hours on a boat—and that has value, too.

The dinner cruise begins during the day, and as we sail, we enjoy the sunset and the illuminated bridges, which have a special charm. We view this experience as a dinner where the guest can relax and eat at a leisurely pace while we sail; we prefer playing background music—which we find more pleasant than listening to commentary—as we understand that is what our customers are looking for: a different way to dine. Thank you for sailing with us. 1st: It is easy to find the location if you follow the instructions sent by Viator; if you didn't follow the instructions, that is not our fault. 2nd: What we offer on this tour is a different kind of dining experience: relaxed, with background music while you take in the views. If you had dined at a restaurant, no one would have provided commentary either; furthermore, as you could see, the drinks are complimentary, and the crew is so busy serving them that they simply don't have time for anything else. 3rd: I don't know which wine you drank; the dry white wine we serve is from Condado de Huelva, and ALL customers have the opposite opinion to yours. The red is from Rioja, and it's the same story: everyone likes it. The bottom line is simply that tastes vary. 4th: Regarding what you call the ham and cheese plate: it was *Jamón Ibérico de Bellota* (considered by experts to be the best in the world) and cured Manchego cheese (with Protected Designation of Origin status). 5th: It is clear to me that you don't even know what you ate; It wasn't paella; it was *arroz ibérico* (made with *secreto ibérico* and mushrooms)—clearly, you don't know what *secreto ibérico* is. As for the other dishes, if you don't like traditional Andalusian cuisine (such as *salmorejo* or *patatas aliñás*), that isn't our fault. Fortunately, 95% of our customers love them and leave very satisfied—which explains our 4.70 rating. There will always be someone who holds a different opinion, just like you.
