In addition to the environment you sail through, you have the attention of the staff accompanying us on the trip, who were attentive to anyone who needed it the whole time, with kindness. Terrible customer service. They left a group that had already paid without letting them board while the boat was still at the dock, and they closed the access gate in the group's face upon arrival. After a 110 km trip, they couldn't board, and the customer service staff was unpleasant.

No empathy for the group, they do not care about helping you. You arrive one minute late and they have left without the group

It is a very interesting experience. A ride along the river while you listen to a little bit of the city's history.

We loved it! I recommend it 100%. Tasty drinks, music, the tour is in three languages, which is a bit tedious but I understand it.

It was ok! The biggest issue we had was that the boat was overcrowded, so our family of 4 couldn't sit together- totally ruined the experience and for the price we paid we were dissapointed.

The boat staff is very pleasant, the boat is comfortable and well-shaded, the view of the city is superb, it's a real plus to be able to order a drink at the bar! Bonus points for the electric boat powered by solar panels
