1st guide poor communication but he cancelled next morning. Tour did everything to find replacement and we loved Bruno but he hadn't done tours for quite sometime. Started late which shortened our evening plans
Walking a lot for palace but gardens is a challenge. We went to tip of Europe and saw devils throat which were not expected. Timing for entrance to palace was out 2 hours so we went there.
Sandro was an amazing host. Very knowledgeable, considerate, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond. I'm sincerely grateful for him and the experience he provided. PERFECT!
Teresa (Theresa?) was terrific and knowledgeable about the places we visited. We enjoyed some of the smaller meaningful details she pointed out.
Filipe David was a wonderful tour guide! National Pena Palace, so colorful! Quinta da Regaleira/Well was so neat! Visited Cabo Da Roca and Cascais!
Filipe was our tour guide, and I couldn’t recommend him more! He was so wonderful. He has so much knowledge to share about every site that we visited. We went to Sintra on a Saturday and somehow didn’t wait in any lines - and it’s all becuase he knew exactly when and where to see each site. Having our own personal guide made the experience so much more personal. It felt like we were visiting with a friend. I highly recommend booking and please ask for Filipe! He made the trip amazing!
Booked a full day private tour of Sintra for a family of 7. Our guide Filipe exceeded our expectations. He was very informative, providing lots of interesting history as well as useful local information. He was patient with our family group which included older people and a child. Overall a fantastic experience - Highly recommend.
The door to door pick up was so easy, the car was very comfortable air conditioning great. The driver and guide was amazing his knowledge of Lisbon and Sintra was amazing. Jorge was so helpful and pleasant and made the trip so easy for us. Can not thank him enough
We totally enjoyed our entire day tour with Guide and Driver Teresa Chito. We have worked with many tour guides for an individualized experience over the years. Teresa rises right to the top! Guide was excellent. He explained the History of Portugal as it applied to where we visited. He knew the local area and was willing to show all the sights along the way traveling back to Lisbon.
