This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Pedro M was outstanding. He was so engaging and had an encyclopedic knowledge of Portuguese history, the Pena Palace, Sintra, and Lisbon and perfectly balanced his storytelling with leaving us time to enjoy the sights, scenes, and full experience with our family. We have been traveling to many places with our family and have never had a better tour guide! The extra cost of the private tour with Pedro M was well worth it!
We had an incredible day with our guide, Pedro. The van was comfortable and air conditioned. Pedro was very knowledgable, flexible, and patient with our crew of 6. We cannot believe how much we saw in one day.
We had a wonderful time! Our guide Sebastian was very knowledgeable about all the history of the places we visited. It was great having our own tour guide to explain everything to us and pace the tour so my husband, who has some mobility issues, could go at his own pace and still enjoy everything.
Jorge was awesome. We appreciated his keen understanding of history and his ability to tie in stories that connected history with the locations we visited. Jorge was genuinely interested in us having a good time. And we did. We'd give more than 5 stars if we could. To note - there is a lot of uphill walking.
We were a group of nine people. The tour provided us with two large vans and the convenience of traveling together. Each car had a guide . We were picked up promptly at our hotel. The two guides, Karherine and Sebastian, were excellent. They kept the tour moving and were so patient with all our group and their varying levels of ability. We saw the Pena Palace and the Palace of Regaleita. The tour does involve a great deal of walking.and we did have time for a lovely lunch. It was a. wonderful way to visit the two palaces and to visit outside of Lisbon. Touring with Kathrine and Sebastian made the whole day informative and fun. It was a day we will cherish and never forget!
This was one of the best Viator experiences my wife and I have ever had. Pedro is very kind, very knowledgeable, and a great driver. We had a great day with Pedro!
Pedro M was extraordinarily well informed and well concerned about our comfort. Our tour was well worth the expense. We recommend him if you are considering a tour if Sintra.
This was a great experience! The views from the start to finish were amazing! Our guide, Pedro, was great - he was informative and very kind/helpful with our 8-month old. Could not recommend this tour enough!
Miguel, Pedro and Katherine were amazing guides! They led our group of 16 through the palaces of Sintra and kept us engaged with the history and interesting stories. They went out of their way to meet the needs of the group, even took us to the beach and dinner in Cascais! I would highly recommend!
