Our experience with Viator was absolutely amazing! We did the Jeep Tour with the hot springs and waterfalls, and the entire experience was honestly breathtaking. I definitely recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing layers. It was pretty cold at the beginning of the tour, but it warmed up as the day went on. Our driver was amazing! Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was friendly, attentive, and took some incredible photos of my partner and me throughout the day, which made the experience even more memorable. Food is not included with the tour, but there are options to purchase food at the hot springs location. We ate there, and the food was actually pretty good. Overall, the entire day was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Between the Jeep tour, waterfalls, hot springs, gorgeous scenery, and wonderful service, it was such a memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali! 10/10 experience!

Overall positive experience, if not for the disappointment of the waterfall. You cannot put a photo of the waterfall and take me to a completely different one. The photo presented of the waterfall as part of the tour on Viator and Booking is the Tibumana Waterfall, while the tour organizer takes you to the Ulu Petanu Waterfall, the usual classic waterfall. I was very disappointed.

Seeing the sunrise from Mount Batur was such a beautiful experience. The morning scenery was peaceful, and the mountain views were amazing as the sky gradually became brighter. The waterfall and hot springs afterward were lovely additions to the trip.
