Truly great experience, the sunrise the trip up the mountain with a jeep is epic! Our guide Komo made it even more memorable with his kindness and eagerness to take photos of us helping my friend and to make good memories of the activity.

Amazing Mount Batur sunrise experience! Our guide Mr. Agus was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and very professional. He made the whole jeep trip smooth and enjoyable, and took us to some amazing spots to watch the sunrise and take photos. Highly recommended, especially with Mr. Agus!
The driver Yoga was amazing,he ensured that we was taken care of through out the whole trip. He was very knowledgeable of the local area and answered all of our questions.We really recommend this tour guide as he is very attentive and friendly.
Very nice but exhausting experience with a 2 a.m. wake-up call. The reason is simple, Mount Batur is so full of Jeeps every single night that you have to arrive at least 2 hours early to get a decent spot. The pickup by Rudi was very easy, as was the return. Rudi is very professional. On-site, Komo, the Jeep driver, was very kind and smiling; he explained everything well and guided us through every step. I highly recommend them. As for the sunrise, it is truly magnificent and an absolute must-do; as for the trip to the "black lava" site, it is nothing more than an uninteresting wasteland of black rock. As for the hot springs soak, it is excellent; the setting is magnificent, there are many pools, the water is nice and hot, and it is completely relaxing. Be aware that this excursion is extremely touristy. Every night, we are talking about hundreds or even more people.
Yoga was an excellent guide. He was very engaging and insightful. He allowed us to take our time to explore while providing knowledge of local areas. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our Mount Batur, Black Lava and Akasa cafe experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We certainly got lucky with our sunrise jeep tour! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right guys. Our Suzuki Jeep was easily the cleanest, most lifted Jeep with the biggest tyres and loudest sound system on the volcano! 😂 Despite the 3:30am start, our driver was punctual, energetic, and happily singing along to the music the entire way. We were even given blankets to keep us warm, which was such a thoughtful touch. The two brothers who took us were absolutely fantastic. They seemed to know everyone in town and genuinely went out of their way to make our experience special. Their attitude was exactly what you want from a tour operator — “the customer experience first, money second.” They were friendly, professional, spoke great English, and made the whole morning so much fun. And then there were the photos… We’re pretty sure these guys secretly have degrees in photography! 😂 The pictures they took for us were absolutely incredible! A massive shout-out to Augus and Jero, two of the three brothers, for making our morning so memorable. If you’re looking for a sunrise Jeep tour in Bali, keep an eye out for the Rockstar Jeep — you won’t miss it! Thank you again, guys. You made an already special morning one we’ll remember for a long time. 🙏🇮🇩
We had a great experience on this tour! Our driver picked us up from our hotel, and every transition went very smoothly! Our jeep driver Aji was wonderful, a great driver, photographer, and was anle to help get us our guide Ricki to get us to the top of the summit for sunrise! He knew all the best spots for photos and knew so much history about the volcano!

We had a great experience! The transfer was smooth and well organized, but the highlight was definitely our jeep driver, Jero. He was absolutely amazing – very friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. He also knew all the best photo spots and took fantastic pictures of us. We felt very well taken care of throughout the tour. Highly recommended! 😊
