Both of our guides were fantastic. Laden and Jenngott were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Jenngott was by far the funniest tour guide I have ever encountered. Laden was super polite and we felt very safe with both of these men.

Amazing sunrise, black lava and hot spring tour
The sunrise tour, was sooo good. Great view, our tour guide took great photos with his camera and he sent them to us which was great. Would definitely recommend this tour

Very good experience from beginning to end. Lots of time spent capturing amazing memories of our sunrise experience. Our guides Yande and Robot were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Perfect! I recommend it, our guide Marteen was super nice and told us the history of Mount Batur
It was perfect, he took us as planned to Mount Batur, took a lot of photos and even took us to see the black lava of Mount Batur! It was perfect, we even got a little blanket, Marteen is really super nice!

Highly recommended
We were picked up directly at the hotel by a very nice driver. Afterwards, we were driven by our super guide Agit in a jeep to a beautiful spot. It wasn't very busy there and we were able to enjoy the sunrise. We even got a great photo shoot from him on top of that. Hot drinks were also served.

Family friendly adventure
Great experience with the family, our driver Martin was very helpful and made it such an enjoyable time. Hot springs after cold morning on the mountain was sublime!
