The Big Bus gets you close to 'most any place you must see in London. The recorded narration is good, although not all of the audio jacks are in working order. The brochure makes it clear that you cannot board a bus after 6PM. What is NOT clear, is that wherever you are at 6PM is pretty much where you'll end up, no matter how far from your boarding point.

A fun and easy way to get oriented to the city. We appreciated the commentary and what to explore at each stop.
We booked this tour for our two primary school classes. Years 1 and 2 so very small children and, for many, their first trip to London. With such small children I really needed help organising and Norja was fantastic from start to finish. She answered so many questions and was always willing to help. On the day she even came to our pick up point to check up on us. We had two buses for private hire. Both drivers were excellent - so friendly and adaptable. Everyone at Big Bus made this such a memorable experience but a huge shout out to Norja for being so wonderful!
If you want to tour London, this is the way to go. There are three lines, so do your research. The bus is only set up for one wheelchair, but was not a huge problem. We did make a mistake and missed our stop. Fortunately, we just went passed it, went up to the driver, and he went around the block. Traffic in London is pretty hectic, so can't try to do all three lines in a day. Definitely a plus to have the app as it tells you where the nearest stop is and where the busses are.

Actually a great way to see London, both by bus and boat. Recommend doing the bus first thing then at the end of your day hit the boat tour. Only thing is a bit confusing when it came to finding the ‘guide’ at the Tower stop. Great young man working there it’s just the other tours also wear red… maybe a sign or something?

We always use the Big Bus when traveling and have good experiences with it. While the tour itself was fine, we were a bit disappointed in the customer service at the stops. Every one we encountered was on their phone and ignoring people. It created a bottleneck when they needed to print out tickets. They should have been getting people’s tickets printed before the bus arrived to make it quicker.

Miserably slow going around. Lots of stops which was fine but several route changes that weren’t posted or mentioned on the tour. Audio wasn’t very good on some of the buses. Overpriced for what it is. Make the Tube your friend and save some money.

Amanda was a terrific guide and host. She really knew a lot of Munich history which was super interesting. My only regret was that there was no NA beer options which was surprising given the availability of NA beers at the Oktoberfest. If you love beer, this is a great tour!

The experience was good. I do wish that the driver would announce all the stop numbers. He was very helpful other than that.
