Bought half day tickets and spent 1/2 hour waiting for buses at two stops - ended up getting off and walking. I don’t think they have as many buses as other operators

Vary hard sell on the street only to find we could have got it £24 cheaper if bought on line but sales woman would not leave us alone. Buses not as regular as stated we waited for a red route bus and 4 blue route buses passed us before it came. No hearing loops available and the guide is minimal and misses an awful lot, a couple of the drivers were very aggressive drivers however one was extremely nice and courteous. The cruise was a waste of time, lasted about 20 minutes and it took longer to queue for it!!!!!

We bought tickets outside the British Museum. It was our last day and thought it could be a good way to see the rest of London. Should have known when the operator had us walk several blocks to a pickup point. Three busses went by all out of service. The pickup points are at typical metro stations but not named the same. Finally got on. You really can't see anything from the bus. Had the get off and onto another bus. For our group it was a waste of time and money.
