Great way to see London
This was a great way to see all the major sights of London. Also loved the narration of the sights with the provided headphones

Our Driver the Comedian
A great experience exploring London at our speed. The bus driver was informative and made sure we got off at the next step. Even in the London rain he brought sunshine to our day.

Terrible waste of time and money
No seats on top of bus and the river cruise is basically an hour of waiting to get on and then just waiting at different stops for people to get on an d off. Never again

Disappointing afternoon
Don’t do this on a Friday. Been stuck in traffic most of the afternoon in a housing area. Bus driver a grump , no headphones given to us and none on bus. Also we realised now we look at trip advisor we were overcharged £10 each for a simple ticket by street ticket booth. So £90 quid lighter and we stuck in Southwark for an hour. Not fun.

Good concept. Room for improvement
The audio was not in sync with the location we were passing. So we heard about a site long before we passed it and were trying to view the site while listening to the information on the next location. The bus was comfortable, but not clean. It was an average experience.

Confusing
There are 4 different hop on hop off companies that operate in London. It’s very confusing as to which bus was ours. It was difficult to find the stops. Also they should tell you to bring wired earbuds so you can plug in and hear the audio. Would not book this again

Bus tour in Central London
I had an enjoyable bus tour all around Central London, we saw Big Ben, the Shard, trafalgar sqaure, hyde park we used ythe earphones we were given as a guide which was very good, we could hop off the bus anywhere you wanted we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Cruise was great - Other similar companies seemed to have ore frequent service
Booked this company but would suggest Big Bus or Hop on Hop Off, we waited a lot for pickups when we saw the other companies come more frequently. That aside it worked well to get around London and see attractions at a more reasonable fee for the day. We also booked the cruise which was excellent. Great guide describing the shoreline attractions and would recommend it.

City tour
We liked the hop on hop off with city sightseeing it was a really nice experience and I think it’s the best way to see London. And thanks to Abdullah that helped us.
