This tour has very little to non tour guidence. It’s only a brief explanation every time we leave the bus and 1~2 hours free time. We were walking by ourselves while there were many other guided tours. If you prefer follow your path at your own pace this is a perfect tour. If you want to follow your guide, then look for a different experience
Elena was organized, knowledgeable, and made our tour enjoyable from start to finish. She was friendly, welcoming, and ensured everything ran smoothly. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciated her experience and professionalism. I would highly recommend Elena to anyone looking for a fun and well organized tour.

A wonderful way to get a taste of the villages around Lake Como! The boat ride views were just magnificent! Highly recommend as an intro to the area or an excursion if your time is limited. Learned about the history of the area along the way as well!

The boat cruise along Lake Como and Bellagio was a marvel! Very lovely scenary. Also enjoyed time walking around the Como village. Spending time in the beautiful city of Lugano in Switzerland was also amazing!
destinations were beautiful and Daniela was informative and friendly. However, we travelled by an autobus and then roughly 70 mins overall on a public boat. This was disappointing as it was advertised that it’ll be a Lake Como cruise rather than a road trip with 70 mins on a public boat.
Overall, the tour itinerary was congested the cruise was by far the worst part of the experience. The boat was so overcrowded that we could barely find enough space to stand, let alone enjoy the scenery. At one point, a child vomited right beside us, and because everyone was packed so closely together, some of it splashed onto us. It was extremely unpleasant and could have been handled much better. the itinerary was too rushed. Too much time was spent moving from one place to another, while the actual free time at each destination was very limited. It felt more like a school trip than a relaxing holiday. I would strongly recommend limiting the number of passengers on the cruise and allowing more free time at each stop. Those changes would greatly improve the overall experience. Not worth the amount I spent for family of 5
The guide and the driver were magnificent—very professional and very attentive to us the entire time. We recommend this MAGNIFICENT tour, especially if Alicia is the guide.
It is a long day but so worth it. Plenty of your own time to explore. Especially at Bellagio which is beautiful. Skip the shops and just relax lake side with an Aperol Spritz!
