コモ湖クルーズでミラノからコモ、ベラージョ＆ルガーノを巡るツアー

Its a good trip, but it will take up your entire day so I would pack water/snacks if you get hungry on the bus ride. Traffic in Milan is crazy, so it will probably take a bit longer than predicted, but they let you know of any changes. We had a great time!

The tour had looked rather tempting and the ride was OK. But felt it could have been better organised. Seemed they clubbed the Spanish and English speaking tours together. We had front seats so great view during the drive. Como town was uninspiring, Lake Como was delightful though the entire process of getting tickets and being pushed and shoved onto the boat was not that amazing. The time spent at Ballagio was restful. Lugano was also nice enough but perhaps if we just did 2 spots and not rushed about it may have been more fruitful.

It’s not run to time. Lots of hiccups. Last location wasn’t worth the time on the coach. Bus had no toilet facilities and was quite old.

The tour guide caused extreme confusion. She arrived late and was arrogant and aggressive. She provided no relevant information about the sites and didn't explain the highlights. I believe she didn't even give her name for fear of terrible reviews.

This experience was a mess. First, it was hard to find the bus as it was parked with a lot of other charter coach buses so it would have been nice to have more detail The tour guides seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. They were basically silent on the drive up and I learned nothing the whole tour. It would have been nice to learn about the region or where we were heading. The itinerary was not accurate. I was prepared for a 30 minute ferry ride per the description, but we were on the boat for about 2 hours which meant way less time to actually explore the area. Beautiful scenery though.

Very bad. It was terrible; we were at the meeting point when the trip was cancelled because the bus was too small for the number of tickets sold. They offered no alternative—only a refund—but we had already lost the day.

Too long. One of the stops totally unnecessary, guide was OK but didn’t use the speaker for us at all times. Bus had no air. NO AIR! Guide did not give the direction, initially, that you are to return to the seats you selected throughout the trip. Therefore, a lot of arguing going on between patrons. Specifically in front of my husband and myself. Ridiculous! Wish I had taken the smaller group however wanted to go into Switzerland. The stop in Switzerland did allow for an espresso martini and shopping at the delicious chocolate. Bellagio experience was amazing.

Great trip, 3 beautiful places, comfortable bus, Alicia was very friendly, definitely a tour to be remembered.

Absolutely great tour! We got to see so many places and had lots of free time to explore at our leisure. The two young tour guides were really great. They also did a great job pleasing some very demanding guests. Unfortunately some people are just negative and can't be pleased. A shout out to the amazing driver too. What an exceptional job navigating some of those roads!!!

Today, September 19, we went on the excursion. A total mess, they had sold more reservations than bus seats and we got on by a miracle and by switching to another bus. Angry and helpless people were left without traveling, having their reservation canceled at that moment, and they were only promised a refund, with no possibility of traveling. They put us on a bus where the excursion was no longer just in Spanish, but also in English, although it was not very noticeable because the guides, two young guys, barely gave any explanations; they would state the meeting point and tell us to fend for ourselves. Everything is beautiful, but you are left wanting to see it a bit more calmly and with some explanations.
