Como and Lugano was beautiful. Cruise was great. Bellagio was spectacular. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
The tours destinations are stunning. The back end is where the tour fell a bit short. I felt a bit rushed with our time as it seemed the tour started late due to lack of communication with names of the participants from the company organizers to the guide. Additionally the bus was very hot as the AC was broken and our guide told us the company knew yet was not very open to coming up with a solution. It left many older people and children at a risk/hazard as only the bus driver had a window down for air. To conclude although I felt the locations included in the tour were great, there were other things aspects that fell short.
This was a very awful experience. Our tour guide was excellent but the company provided us a bus which didn’t have air conditioning for a long tour. Tour guide try to contact them with no resolution. I requested a partial refund and didn’t get any reply. I would never recommend this company.
What a great tour we had! Elinor did a great job even though everything was crowded and we had extreme heat waves that day. We got to see some beautiful sites in Lake Lugano and everything was well organized and felt taken care of
Guillermo was very knowledgeable and was very enjoyable to tour with, things were done on time and we do not feel pressured at all. We also had a chance to visit Switzerland for the afternoon and had enough time to shop and eat. This was a very pleasant tour to be on.
Good value for money, with lots of things to see, beautiful scenery and a nice and informative guide. Not everyone on the bus listened to her advice, e.g. about keeping the same seats, and I felt a bit sorry for her then. Why go on this trip if all you want to do is sleep or mind your own business? The driver was very clever on the narrow and winding roads.
The trip was fantastic. June was very hot and the bus had AC. Our guide Amato was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good time. Our driver Claudio, was fantastic, he drove us, always on time and a very smooth ride. We got to visit 3 places—Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano (Switzerland). I strongly recommend this tour.
This was entirely too crowded 50 people on the bus was not good when we got to the ferry and there were so many other tours there as well and we had to stand for the whole ride. There was barely any air-conditioning. The weather was over 90° and there was just a little explanation about what was going on the boat tour. The bathrooms on the ferry were disgusting, and there was no running water in the sink. When we got to Lake Como, it was before 10 AM. None of the stores were open and the church had something going on until after 9:45 so other than being able to get a cup of coffee, there was nothing for us to do. Bellagio was so crowded. You could barely walk around all the while from the time we left Milan to the time we returned to Milan almost 8 hours later there was no air on the bus. It was horrible. We were sweating. The bus was starting to smell. They were old people on their pregnant women and small children so many people on the bus repeatedly said to the tour guide that it was so incredibly hot she said she contacted Ciao Florence multiple times and they had no solution for us. The tour guide should’ve at least gone out and bought waters for everyone. It was absolutely unacceptable and a horrible experience. I would like my money back for this tour because I definitely did not get what was anticipated.
I recommend this tour to everyone. The places visited are to splendid. Ciao Florence team is exceptional
