We took this cooking class and it was excellent from start to finish. We made fresh fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu, and every dish turned out delicious. Leonardo was an outstanding teacher. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience so much fun. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and enjoyed a wonderful meal we made ourselves. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable experience. Ask for Leonardo!
It was really fun to cook, then eat with our group. Leonardo was very patient and professional. The dinner was delicious. Overall it was a great experience and I would do it again.
Chef Pavan was absolutely wonderful! Chef Pavan was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind! 10/5 stars experience! None of us are “cooks”, and he was very helpful!!! He also had options for vegetarians, which was really nice! Make sure to message them ahead of time about allergies and etc!!!!!
It was a very pleasant experience. The host (Oriana) knew how to make the class interesting and fun. I would recommend even if you know or do not know how to make pasta. The atmosphere was the right one, without awkward moments, the whole class was just like a smoothly flowing cooking show.

We went on a Sunday, and didn’t know the Market was closed on Sunday, so that was a little disappointing. Chef Pavon was great! Very knowledgeable and shared great info, and hints and tips. Our meal was fabulous! Overall, we had a great experience.
Alan was a beyond excellent teacher, clear knowledge and passion for cooking he was happy to share with us. Learned a lot about Italian cooking and culture in the small class size, and overall fun and positive experience. Highly recommend this class!
