A very original activity, ideal for discovering Vietnamese cuisine. Alice, our chef, was very kind and showed us around the local market. We then cooked bun cha with fried spring rolls, it was delicious! The team was attentive to our vegetarian diet, which was very much appreciated. The transportation to and from the restaurant was also very well organized.
We had a fantastic experience as a family. Our 7 year old helped with some of the prep tasks including making the coffee
Nice experience, learning a lot about Vietnamese food, the instructor Alice was very welcoming, explained everything very well and step by step we prepared a lovely dinner. We chose a vegetarian option. The place is spacious, clean and nicely decorated, could use some air conditioning :)
I had the most amazing time. Collin was the perfect guide. I learned a lot about the lotus tea and the tea ceremony in general. It was a wonderful experience and I am very glad to have found the time on my otherwise busy trip.
