旧市街の料理教室でベトナム文化を体験しましょう この実践的な体験は、地元の市場に行って新鮮な食材を買うところから始まります。その後、キッチンに行き、ベトナムの伝統的な料理 4 品 (揚げ春巻き、パパイヤサラダ、フォーロール、ミックスフォー) とベトナム名物のエッグコーヒーを作ります。教室の後は、作ったおいしい料理を食べて食事を楽しめます。 当レストランでは、ノム ドゥ ドゥ (パパイヤサラダ)、ネム ラン (揚げ春巻き)、ノム ドゥ ドゥ (パパイヤサラダ)、カフェ チュン (エッグコーヒー) など、伝統的なベトナム料理を多数取り揃えています。

Fun experience to walk through a typical local market to buy some local ingredients. Food experience was great. Ruby, our host and guide, took the time to explain traditional foods and local versions of the food we were preparing. She was patient and answered the constant questions from our kids. Great experience and great host/guide!

We had an amazing time at the cooking class, the food was all amazing and the fruit we got from the market was great. Lucy was amazing and very knowledgeable about food, history and she was fun to be around. My partner is vegetarian and they accommodated for her very well.
We did cooking class with Lena. It was an amazing experience. She made sure to incorporate our dietary restrictions into the class and explained every step in great detail. After the cooking class we sat together and ate the food we made. Highly recommended.
Very nice cooking class from Lena. First went to the market, then made fried springrolls, mixed Pho and egg coffee. Well explained and good english!!

We had a really great cooking class with Lena. We not only cooked and ate great, fresh dishes, but also learned a lot about Vietnam, the language, the history and the way of life here. The tour was very well organized, totally exciting and we would do it again at any time. Highly recommended! The food was fantastic!
