This was the best experience I had to conclude my Vietnam trip. From market to table, Hazel has been very hands-on with us. I learned some of the staple ingredients used in cooking Vietnamese foods and the proper way to prepare it. It’s a wholesome experience to try. Hazel’s cooking instruction was easy to follow. As a solo joiner, I never felt alone throughout the cooking journey. I’m quite proud that I was able to make 5 dishes in a span of 3 hours and the highlight of it— I was able to enjoy and eat it. Can’t wait to re-apply what I learned in my country using the cookbook that was given to us.
