It was a great experience! Loved to see different parts of Mexico through historical sites, the cenote and snorkeling. Our guide was great and experienced, would recommend this activity.

Late to pick up at my time. Guide-Checko and driver were great after this bumpy start. Shame Tulum visit was ruined and subsequently cut short by a storm and a lot of rain otherwise nice day.

This excursion was amazing from beginning to end! I enjoyed every part of the day, but the snorkeling and the magical cenote were definitely my favorite parts. It’s honestly hard to choose between the two because I enjoyed them both so much. The snorkeling was absolutely incredible and such a beautiful experience. The cenote was just as amazing and something I’m so glad I got to experience. Visiting Tulum was fascinating, especially learning about the history behind the ruins and the Mayan culture. Being able to actually see everything in person while hearing the history made it so much more meaningful. Overall, this was one of my favorite excursions of my trip. Beautiful scenery, fascinating history, amazing snorkeling, and an unforgettable cenote experience. I would absolutely recommend it! 10/10!

Everyone was super friendly and professional. Lovely experience, especially as a first time snorkeler. The cenote was absolutely gorgeous and felt truly out of this world. No phones or cameras are allowed in the cenote so be prepared to purchase a photo or just live with the memory. I really enjoyed and appreciated that our guide, Chewy, gave a detailed, yet entertaining historical background to everything we saw. The beachside lunch was surprisingly delicious - we both got a fairly large burrito.

We were very pleased and impressed with all that our tour guide David had to provide for us. He made the experience so much more memorable and enjoyable. We are definitely coming back.

Unfortunately we fell for the classic tourist trap. I want to start by saying though the staff are LOVELY! But they are going to be as they rely on tips.. we were picked up at 6:45am for this excursion which would be totally okay if it wasn’t for the almost 2 hours worth of picking up other people from their resorts!! By the time we made a detour to collect our tour guide we were then told it would be a further 50 minuets until our ‘first stop’ Upon arriving to the cenote we were informed that cameras were not allowed as we can purchase pictures from the workers at the attraction .. this is strange for starters as everywhere else allows you to bring your own personal cameras and devices .. seems unfair! Either way we had our photos taken and after what seemed like a 10 minuet rushed tour of the small cenote we were told that for them to EMAIL us the poor quality photos we would have to pay £100. It was another 35 minuet car sickening journey to the turtles, again this was rushed but the turtles were lovely . You have no chance to be independent as you have to stay close to the group as possible . I spent more time dodging being kicked by the terrible swimmers in the group than seeing turtles . and SHOCK- another 30 minuet car sickening drive to the ‘beach club’ My god was this disappointing The food was mediocre and it was something I can only describe as a desolate eerie beach set up in the middle of nowhere.. anything other than flat lemonade you had to pay for, then you were guilt tripped into tipping (standard) After driving 20 minuets to drop the tour guide home we then went round half of Mexico dropping the other guests off before we finished our day at 3pm. So in summary - unless you want to spend 70% of your money on sitting in a bumpy cramped mini bus , being rushed in the attractions and rung out for money at any given opportunity .. then this isn’t the trip for you, please save your money

There's a lot of walking involved, and depending on the time of year, be prepared to take lots of water.

Fantastic excursion to Tulum. A great time exploring the ruins, swam in an incredible cenote and lagoon snorkeling, finished off with a great lunch on the beach. Tour guide Omar, Captain Ricardo and Miguel provided top-notch service.

We had a great time and it was such a lovely way to spend the day. Not only was it so nice to have the entire day planned but it was really such an awesome way to see so many things in one day. To top it off lunch was delicious!
