Everything about this excursion was perfect!🤩 I would definitely do it again. The whole boat crew was outstanding and the versatility of options to do for everyone. The adults only choice was also a nice option to have.

Before i talk about how amazing this trip was, PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR CARDS, DO NOT TAP at the island or anywhere close USE CASH ONLY. NOW, the trip was great, the experience was smooth from communications, pick up to activities, the host guide made was incredible, the snorkeling, the water was super clean the sand…. The island is definitely worth visiting, it takes you to a different era of Mexico. The only thing I didn’t like was the staff (not the main guide) like the bar tender and some others, their tones and the way they acted with guests felt like they were forced to be there, and me having a business myself, that’s not the way to talk to clients nor the face expressions you give them. 😊

It was as expected though the weather was quite choppy & I’m not huge on swimming so skipped that. They did provide drinks and snacks, plenty of time on island, great views, so crowded on island though since it’s touristy.

Ana Rosaldo from Nexus tours at Riu Latino booked our trip to Isla Mujeres for us. The pickup was on time and smooth. The trip itself was fantastic. The beach was amazing. The crew from Cancun Adventures was great as well. Ana was true to her words. She was not pushy. She was friendly and very accommodating. My daughter and I had a great time!

For my first time visiting Mexico, this experience most certainly enriched my entire trip. Firstly let me start by sharing exceptional service, very organized and coordinated. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly, attentive and displayed highly level of professionalism. They ensured all guests had an enjoyable, memorable experience while highlighting safety. I would definitely recommend for future travelers to include solo travelers like myself. I most certainly will be back life sparing. Thank you for a memorable experience. The staff is amazing, such an amazing trip. We did the snorkeling and saw a sea turtle, highlight of the day!

Our day trip aboard the Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing catamaran was well worth the time and cost involved. For $130 per person, we received round-trip transportation from our resort, which was 1 1/2 hours from Cancun Adventures. This price also included the boat ride to and from Isla Mujeres, a delicious light lunch, an open bar, snorkeling and swimming in the stunning Caribbean waters, and a few hours of exploring Isla Mujeres. Gabriel and his crew were attentive and kept the mood upbeat yet relaxing, the perfect balance between party vibes and chill time. There were about 16 people on the cruise, so it wasn't too crowded. The only thing we didn't like was that my husband couldn't participate in the snorkeling activity because of his age, even though he is a good swimmer and in great physical shape. They strongly discouraged anyone over 60 from snorkeling, saying the swimming distance would tire participants. We did not agree, but we respected their rules. I would recommend the Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing: Adults Only, especially for the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean waters and to explore Isla Mujeres with its quirky island charm.

I had a mix up with pick up which is one me I didn’t read the fine print of it being an additional $40 per person to pay when you arrive. However we ended up grabbing an uber to and from the meeting point and saving a lot of money that way. Our Captain, Chef and Guide Gabrielle were all personable and nice. However, the photographer they had on board was extremely pushy and a belittling to our friends when we didn’t want to purchase the picture package. She asked my friend “why not, you don’t have any money?” We ended up ending our excursion very upset because of the way she was talking to us. I wish we had more time to snorkel, if you’re looking for a true snorkeling excursion find something else because with this you’re very rushed and will only be in the water for around 15 minutes. The island is pretty but where they drop you off at is a big tourist trap and very busy you need to go onto the other side and out of the marina area. Bring lots of water, towels and sunscreen there is not enough shade for everyone on the boat. There is a little seating area in the back of the boat but not enough if you all need to be out of the sun! Be prepared!

Great excursion and it was awesome

This exp was so fun! Our guide, Maria made sure we had a great time, enjoyed the open bar and all! Great time to snorkel and just float in the water. Also beautiful sites!! Highly recommend eating before and at the island, the food was the only thing we did not enjoy.
