This experience was a highlight of our Cancun trip. Transportation was provided which was nice. The boat experience was amazing. There was an open bar and food was provided. We had about 3 1/2 hours on the island which was plenty of time. We rented a gold cart, got lunch, and swam in the ocean within the time frame. I would definitely recommend this excursion!
The driver waited outside for 5 minutes. Company of the driver they use is Cancun adventures. As I’m walking outside to get into the car the driver starts driving off to where I’m trying to chase after the car. They refused to give me a refund. I would not book with them if I were you and try a different boating company
I have taken out the poor pick up as it would be an injustice to the actual excursion. From the off Enrique was top drawer with full Spanish and English instructions. The catamaran was spotless and the whole crew were on point from start to finish. I was never without a drink and the sandwich was phenomenally fresh and delicious. We were warned of the vendors on the island and given excellent tips about where to eat,where to sunbathe,how to haggle and clear instructions for departure. The journey back was smooth with full attentiveness from the crew. Thank you guys for a dantastic day out worth every penny.

Our tour guide David was amazing. Friendly, professional and very informative. He made sure everyone was satisfied with their drinks, food and anything g that was needed during our trip. Fun trip to a cute island. Good bang for your buck. Served sandwiches and drinks. Decent snorkeling for strong swimmers, I opted just to dive off the boat in calmer waters though. Great time on boat 9 with Martín.

The catamaran ride was outstanding, and Enrique along with the entire tour and boat staff were A+ from start to finish. The island was vibrant, beautiful, and well worth the visit. With the seaweed conditions affecting much of the Mexican coastline around Cancun, this was one of the few places where swimming was actually enjoyable and possible. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent service, great scenery, and a memorable day on the water.

We rode with Martín & boat 9 and it was perfect! The ~3 hours on the island itself does go by pretty quick, so plan accordingly. It was a windier day but our guide did amazing navigating us during the snorkeling section of the trip and overall safety. Loved the entire crew and how fun their energy was the whole time. The other guests and us included felt a bit sleepy this day so the energy was very much needed and appreciated! The entire tour from pick up to drop off was so seamless, but be mindful of commute time as it adds a total of about 3-4 hours aside from the actual tour itself. Such an amazing excursion esp during the summer months when the seaweed overtakes the mainland beaches!

Pick up at my hotel was punctual. Ride is about an hour long. Got to the dock and waited to board the catamaran. There’s alittle shop you can purchase stuff if needed. Boarded and it was a nice boat ride. You will get alittle wet. Bring a towel. It was fun and relaxing. All the drinks you may want. They always made sure you were doing good. We had a nice sandwich. Had enough time to explore the island. Food and souvenir shops. You can rent a golf cart. Don’t forget YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE. Beautiful beach there on the island ISLA MUJERES. One bad thing that was disappointing was the cancellation of the snorkeling etc activities due to the winds. I paid for what I was expecting to do. I feel somewhat of a compensation should’ve been given.
