Our original reservation was for 5 people. We had a family member join us for the trip a few days later. We texted the company directly to let them know- As, that is how they began to communicate with me, through WhatsApp. They never responded with the process we needed to do to add someone. No answer, or objections, made it seem that it was ok. As they actually assigned an extra ATV and told us we had to pay $15 cash. This implied it would be ok. The driver showed up and said they don’t have room in the van and left my entire family there. Did not even offer a resolution, we did pay a complete package for 5. They did not care. The driver did explain it was lack of communication on the companies part and then not appropriately addressing it. He still left us.

Incredible experience and Marlon was an amazing guide! Definitely recommend and thankful for the amazing memories!

The entire experience was great. Marlo was our director! He was awesome! ATV were more of going in a circle on a small path. Zip line was awesome I’m a big guy and they got me right!! The cenote is the coolest thing ever! Definitely jump in! And if you lose something the people there are master swimmers I watched them dive in the water to get glasses and shoes with no gear! You don’t even have to ask! Very little food. Plenty of water. I’d do it again 100x!!

This was my first time doing this activity so I didn’t quite know what to expect. We started out with the ATVs and they just let you go, don’t tell you anything lol they didn’t even ask or give any instructions except to stay with the group. I lost control of my vehicle and crashed into the trees (thankfully I wasn’t badly injured) fortunately a couple saw me and was concerned and helped call for help. Somebody came and gave me a new ATV and just sent me on my way lol didn’t check on me, give me the option to go back or anything. Needless to say I went slow the rest of the way but started to get used to handling the ATV. I didn’t particularly enjoy that experience lol it was hot and uncomfortable. Next, we did the zip lines. They weee fun, I was scared at first but they weren’t too high. Before the cenote we did tequila tasting, which was fun but of course they wanted to sell you a bottle. The cenote was nice to cool off but they didn’t give us much time there. Overall it was fun, but they definitely rush you to activities with no breaks in between and a lot of upselling. If you haven’t done anything like this before I would probably recommend a company that’s a bit more attentive and considerate of experience bc here you are on your own and their attitude is “hey, you signed a waiver”.

Activities were fun but very disorganized. We being excessively discarded if we didn't purchase extra things almost as if they were trying to make a commission not like they were genuinely trying to get us the right year for the activities. We started with the swimming activity before the other activities, which was a bad choice on the tour guides part. We were sweaty and wet trying to put on clothes with sand on our feet. We were told we have a place to wash them off but they didn't offer them. It was so hot to the point that I was dizzy. I told the tour guide and he made WALK to cooler while he rode on his ATV. That did not have sufficient water sources. Although the cenote was I beautiful and the zipline was kinda fun. I would not recommend.

The tour guide chile was rude! He started off the day yelling at ladies to hurry up and be quiet. He said it’s our time to lose so he doesn’t care. He ruined the experience for a lot of people. The place itself was just a whole money grab. As soon as you get there they make you upgrade for an extra 60$ a person. Then they make you leave your phone in a locker the whole time so you can’t take any photos. Chile even said we’re not allowed to take any pictures. Then of course at the end they want to sell you all the pictures a photographer took! Place is horrible and they make you feel uncomfortable! Don’t book here!

It was great, multiple zip lines. Super friendly staff and good lunch. Has changing rooms at located next to the water hole.

I do not recommend this place at all. We paid for the atv, zip line and cenote experience. They claim they have can-am four wheelers. When we arrived we were immediately hit with someone trying to Upsell us on their VIP package that promised unlimited food and drinks, as well as a private Cenote swim, not a public one that is on their standard package. We were also told if you did the VIP package you could video and take pictures in and at the cenote. Well, when we finally to the cenote their were signs everywhere saying no video or cameras after we paid $55/person for the VIP package. Ironically, they had their camera men there taking pictures in and around the cenote , but of course , if you wanted them it was a $250 charge. The atv ride was a joke, the 4 wheelers were at least 15 years old, out of the 7 we rented, 3 didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before they died and had to be replaced with more trash ones. The actual ride, was a joke, was essentially a dirt road with pot holes and you couldn’t even get out of first gear because the suspension was so bad. The zip lining, the basic package got you 3 zip lines, the VIP got you 5, they were all super short, under 50 yards in length. The cenote swim was less than 15 minutes, you spent most of the time on the dirt road. As for the unlimited food, they fed you after your swim, but again under a time crunch where as Diego, the sales guy said you got food and drinks throughout the experience. The ride from their home base to the cenote was in a clapped out truck on a tight, rough road where if you put your arms out you’d probably be mangled and the driver drove stupid fast so you were holding on for dear life. For the 7 couples it was almost $1800 for everything. I can’t emphasize this enough, it’s a horrible place and not worth $10. Diego, our first point of contact is a complete liar, to be proven by guide who even said that he tells everyone you can take videos at the cenote, but you can’t so he actually apologized and said that Diego screws him daily. Run, don’t walk away from this place.

Overall prepare for a long day! We started with an 7:35AM pick up time from our hotel in Costa Mujeres. Our driver was Cleminte ans the Van smelt of cigarettes upon pick up. We made 4 pick ups after and did not get to the Drop off until 9:45AM! We then had to wait in line to get our group assignment and the sign a waiver. We had Allen as our tour guide, he was nice and tried his best to walk us clearly through the process. We started with a 20 minute tequila tasting (which was more of a sales pitch, the swimming in the Cenotes (~20 minutes). After that we had about ~20 minutes of ATVing which was stop and go, not continuous. Next, we went ziplining. One was very short, 3 a bit longer. Please note, NO ELECTRONICS are allowed for the zipline and ATVing process. There is a photographer taking photos and they will sell them to you at the end for a cost ($65/2 people or $25/1 photo). Also, they are very tip heavy. Suggesting exactly how much you should tip ($5/per person) and going up to each and every person with their lock box for tips. Finally it is about 1pm and you think you get to start your journey back to the hotel and find out it’s time for Tacos. You get provided with 2 small tacos with options to purchase drinks and additional food. After sitting down you find out you’ll be waiting for an additional HOUR. They’ll have a brief 10 minute fire show where they will again go table to table asking for tips. We then got back in the Van for your ride home around 2:45pm and did not get back to our resort until 4:15pm. Overall, i would only recommend this if you’re looking for a full day adventure. We booked for what we thought was 4 hours so for us, we were definitely ready to go back to our hotel.

we booked the trip originally for the regular wild package i believe it was but were quickly convinced to get the vip although im sure it was fun with or without. we had extra atv time, more of the ziplines, more lunch, a private cenote, and free drinks ;). omar was an AMAZING tour guide - hilarious and the tunes were great (they won’t tell you how fun the rides to and from the cenote are but trust me… if you’re open to making friends you’ll have the time of your life). it ended up raining during the atv ride but it just made it more exhilarating so don’t be scared of the weather. the ziplines were a GREAT time, went high enough without being super scary and still exciting - they also taught you how to do some pretty fun moves for pictures (we ended up getting over 100 pictures when we purchased ours!) and they were super helpful when guiding you through the course. as for the cenote…. i cannot explain how afraid i am of water (shady areas of pools have sharks and i do NOT go in the ocean) and yet the cenote was a life changing experience - the temp was amazing and everyone being in there was a great time. the food and drinks could have been better but being fed lunch and drinks after a day full of activities is something you can’t beat. the tequila tasting was super informative and honestly we considered buying MULTIPLE of the bottles - many in our tour group did. the flavored ones were delicious and if you’re not a tequila fan or even a coffee fan im still sure anyone would enjoy it. i went with 2 of my girl friends and even they loved it (they don’t drink tequila as much as i do lol). overall i would 100% recommend this excursion!
