Marcela & Pastor were great! They gave us tips to stay safe and to best enjoy our trip. The day was filled with fun and exciting places to see and enjoy. The transportation was all taken care of. Most importantly we felt safe as we moved from place to place enjoying the cenote, the town of Valladolid, and Chichén Itzá. Thank you for a wonderful day!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, My Lady & I never got picked up. We woke up @5am for the 6 am pick up as they instructed. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes. I had texted them multiple times telling them I’m out in front of the lobby. They only then text back to tell me I was a no show 😂 and that they was waiting for me… so once I called their emergency contact to ask for my refund the lady said no we don’t do refunds we have video proof the driver was “yelling” my name in the lobby. I requested the proof of video and never received it , I filed my claim and thankfully I was documenting my trip or I was hoping too, so I had proof I was in the lobby , my lady had took a photo of me outside the lobby with timestamp and that’s what allowed me to get my refund. Also im thankful to the employees at Dreams riviera Cancun resort and spa because they even called the gate security multiple times and asked if anyone tried to come into the resort for us because you can only enter if you have the names of the guest that are staying in the resort. So bad experience and it’s unfortunate because I really wanted to go to chichen itza and they ruined that opportunity and tried to lie about being there for my pickup.
Manual was great and funny . Great experience 😊😊😊😊 loved the activities and the majestic chicinitza experince .
The excursion was amazing! Our tour guides Juam and Pedro were the best. They new SO much about the culture and made the excursion SO much better. They were the best I highly recommend.

Our guides Frank Johnny and Charlie were very friendly and informative. Great experience all around seeing many different things. Food was good, the bus for transportation was very comfortable. (Chichen Itza specifically, not related to the tour itself) The only thing I didn’t like is how touristy Chichen Itza is. The entire place has shops set up with people trying to sell you stuff all the catcalling takes away from the experience of where you are. also wasn’t allowed to bring my gimbal for my phone which I think is dumb because there were many people with professional cameras and accessories.
If you’re ever in Cancun, this excursion is a must! Beto was a really great tour guide in being able to give us details about the history and culture about the Chichén Itzá. The cenote was an absolutely breathtaking view. Would absolutely recommend, 10/10!
- They disclosed $44/ person for Govt Taxes after purchasing the tickets on Viator. Few other people on the tour were also upset that they were not forthright with the charges. - Tour itself did not follow the itinerary, the tour guide sounded monotonous and like he’s tired of doing this. No enthusiasm whatsoever. - I had requested seats in the front for my elderly parents and we were all seated in the back of the bus until I pushed for them to be seated towards the front of the bus.. - Viator agent - Marlon - was not helpful when I brought up extra changes.

Beto is amazing and super informative. He really focuses on teaching the culture behind the trip. He taught us all a few words in Mayan and even taught us how to write numbers! The cenote is beautiful and the food was delicious! Overall, an amazing trip and I would pick this tour again and again.

Awesome experience, guided tour of Chichen itza was d standout feature, the bus was v.comfortable, pickup was right on time and the Chichikan cenote was picturesque and refreshing. One small recommendation: it would be best if the tour started with chichen itza, then valladoid and then Cenote instead of the reverse
